PAUSE! I did these nails myself out of anger!! I got so frustrated with my nails falling off from this place that I ended up buying the nail x kit and doing it myself and what do you know? When you don't rush, they last forever. Let me start from the beginning: I got my nails done and the very same week. They were falling off. I had a picture to time snap it because I had work and things to do but no less than two days I go by and ask him to fix it and they send me away and tell me to come back another time which sucks because I want them to look good now and it's their mistake so I'll come back when I can and they fix that nail then four days later mind you it has not even been more than 8 days.. my nails fall off again this time they made me pay $20 to replace two nails. I was furious. Why might you ask? because this was my third time with the same experience so the photo below? They are so very rude and they rushed through your nails to the point where they don't cure long enough. I don't wanna walk around like I have two dollar nails. I paid extra for this experience and it was a horrible experience on top of route service. Not to mention, they drilled my nail so far down that it's split in half horizontally my pinky.! I have really really strong nails there's no reason for them to go that hard and just before you say "well that could've been one mistake." Both my pinkies. Same set. Now I've gotten so frustrated every time I think about it. I made this whole account just to review this experience. Do not go here please go somewhere else. They don't know what they're doing and if they do, they're not taking the time long enough to do it right. there's no integrity in their work. I haven't gotten acrylic since march of 25, I've had long, healthy, natural nails since then Perfect 10 f*ed them up so bad, they over-filled, cut them down too short, filled them even shorter They lady who did my pedicure was perfect then they had some guy do my mani and he had to redo my redo my ring fingers French 3 times, he redid my middle 5 times, gave up went onto my pointer then went back to my middle Redid it another 3 times while I've been biting my cheek trying to hold back tears since I felt how flimsy my nails were I asked for someone else then just said f**k it I'll pay for the pedi and I'm leaving It took me a year to get healthy nails, all the same length, that NEVER break Soak off was 21, pedi was 28 then they charged me an extra 10 and I didn't even have the voice to argue I was literally crying I'm genuinely so upset at myself for paying anything but the lady who did my toes was apologetic- she was very good/ sweet I'm not sure if her name but like I said she was absolutely wonderful and my toes are perfect read more

Been doing pedicures for yrs. This is by FAR the worst. The guy acted super rushed through whole thing and even knicked my big toe. I warned him several times of an injury to one toe. He was not paying attention at all! Very rough. The foot and hand 'massage' is nothing more than rushing to wipe lotion! They also do paraffin but have you stick your foot in same bin as everyone else! In past most places put the wax in a bag the your foot in the bag. No cross contamination. Will NEVER go back. After moving to Poughkeepsie for a few years I have moved back and wanted to go back to my go-to nail salon. I went today on Sunday around 1pm and I was the only person there! Great! Covid safe and they wouldn't rush through my nails I thought. I asked for black French tips on my natural nails. The woman doing my nails wasn't wearing a name tag but she had a short bob haircut. She was very rough with my nails from beginning to end. I have thin nails to begin with and when she filed off the initial ANC powder she was using the machine and I could feel my nails getting hot and burning because she was going too far down. I stayed quiet though. Then when she pushed my cuticles back she was so rough I started bleeding on one nail. I didn't notice until the end. She just continued to be rough the entire time and did my nails in such a strange way. I don't know why she used ANC powder to do the French tip. You can see all the powder specks in my nails and they're uneven. Then to top it all off she cut underneath my thumb nail with the drilling machine so badly I was bleeding A LOT. After that I asked if I could wash my hands because I didn't want to get any debris in the cut and she told me no??? Then she buffed my nails and let me wash my hands. After putting the top coat on I was looking at my nails and she yelled from across the salon "DONT TOUCH YOUR NAILS! DO NOT TOUCH!!" Even tho I was just looking at them so I yelled back "IM NOT, IM JUST LOOKING!" She quickly put lotion and a towel on my hands and gave me the receipt. Didn't say thank you or have a nice day or anything, whatever. Went up to the cashier where the owner said "$40" I explained that I was bleeding on 2 nails and a few were messed up and was hoping for a discount. He just looked at me and handed me a few cards for future discounts and a loyalty program stamp card. So after a few minutes of awkward silence I said "So how much?" And he said "$40" He wasn't even going to knock any money off!!! I'm sorry but that's insane. If you get a messed up order at a restaurant they give it to you for free. I was literally BLEEDING and they offered nothing and didn't even say sorry. He knocked it down to $35, I paid and left. He didn't say have a nice day either. Disappointed is an understatement. I have gotten my nails done maybe 5 times over the pandemic for safety reasons, always wear a mask and am polite, and today it was to celebrate being done with moving and they treated me so badly. Cutting a customer where they're BLEEDING on 2 nails and not even saying sorry is ridiculous and horrible customer service. If this was my mom she would have cursed them out and left without paying a cent, they're lucky it was me and not her lmao Anyways, go somewhere else. Unfortunately this isn't the place anymore. Did go back one more time. Told them I wanted to switch from gel to ANC and consulted with the technician.They told me to pick a color. I asked them which ones the ANCs were and they pointed toward them. Then the technician did my nails, fast and sloppy, hurt me in the process and punctured my finger. She dipped the nails in ANC base and proceed. Suddenly she pulled out the UV gel machine. I said to her, " I don't want any more gel, I want ANC as I had said in the beginning. She started yelling at me that the color I had picked required the gel machine, and then the owner came over and also yelled at me, that this particular color required gel. I said " i didn't know, but I don't want that, as I said in the beginning ". Both became very frustrated and told me to get a new color, which she then yanked out of my hand, and begrudgingly and carelessly redid the ANC, muttering in Mandarin. At the end they did charge me $5 extra for "soaking" which they didn't do. This was the last time at this place! read more

I gave perfect 10 another shot since my last review and was pleasantly surprised! My tech took their time on the pedicure and manicure - attention to detail. I got tips and ANC for manicure and was pleased - my one cuticle did bleed pretty badly from the cuticle trimming, but I'll chalk that up to dry cuticles from winter - and the tech was very apologetic about it. They have dividers up for both manicures and pedicures for covid safety. I was overall pretty pleased! read more

I do usually go here but lately I haven't gotten the nail techs that I prefer. The last two times I got the girl with the short hair and she always gives me issues. She literally yelled at me one of the times I was getting my nails done by her because she was frustrated that I asked her why one nail was completely crooked and there was no polish on the sides of multiple nails. She also kept rolling the damn dremel over my entire finger by accident, which hurts if you've never had that happen. They came out ok in the end but I had point out mistake after mistake. Then I got her again and I should have said no, ill wait for another tech, but they're pretty forceful about pushing you along so they can start other customers sometimes. They came out sub par, they weren't the shape I asked for and they really didn't look the way I wanted, but I dealt with it for fear that she'd get mad again and do an even worse job. I will have to say something if I get her again, but the last time I went I got the less experienced guy that does nails, he did a nice job ( see blue ombre nails pic ) but he glued my middle finger to the fake tip he applied and it ripped my skin. Now it hurts to do dishes and everything. Ugh. Usually though they do a good job. I think if I never get the one tech with the short hair again, I'll keep going here and giving them my business. read more

I really want to like this nail salon ,& they could be great but they almost always fall way too short of even a nice appointment. They are one of the more affordable salons in the Kingston area , but they have so many things they need to work on . It's not a good feeling being unsure if you're going to have a nice nail tech or a mean one . Unlucky for me I got a mean one, it started out okay , until all of the nail dust that accumulated on my hands just sat there for the entire time she worked on my nails until she was starting the powder dip process. Normally after the nail tech uses the tool to remove the old nails , they take a nice fluffy brush and brush off all of the nail dust ". That never happened until she started the dip process as I said , so naturally it was very uncomfortable to just sit with my hands covered and coated in dust . And towards the end when she was almost done with my nails , despite there being nobody waiting she felt the need to rush and go so hard with the tool that she made 3 of my cuticles bleed , said nothing didn't say sorry didn't offer me a Kleenex, she just kept on working . So now I have 3 sore red irritated nails from her rushing for NO reason . And towards the very end when she was applying the top coat , I noticed the polish looked old and thick and she pained my pinky once then twice with the wand and their was a bright red spot on my white French tip . I thought to my self don't say anything, she'll fix it . Well she never did and i had to ask her to , which she got visibly annoyed, and the nail tech next to her , slammed down her newer looking bottle of top coat down ,& she fixed it then charged me an extra 5$?! Maybe just maybe if the owners and employees took a little pride in their work and their salon and their tools , this could of been avoided . They could have a great salon but they take 0 pride , everyone always looks tired worn out and pissed off , it's dusty it's dirty , and almost everyone is always unprofessional. I wanted gel on top of my nails which were getting long (for how slow mine grow they were getting pretty long) and she wanted to cut my nails down and I said yes at first then I looked at them and told her "actually no", but she said some weren't as long as others so she recommend cutting them a bit, so I told her she can try and make them even, so she literally shapes them square and cuts off half of the tip of my nails, so I told her I didn't want square shaped nails because I personally I hate the look of it, so she files my nails down to a nub and puts layers and layers of gel polish on these little to nothing nails that I now have.....and then on top of it all they have a sign saying they are using disposable tools for COVID safety and it's an extra $2 which I didn't mind at first because I liked the idea of it until I realized she was using the same nail filers, buffers, nail clippers, and brush that she uses on other clients, so no I'm not too happy with them taking and extra $2 and then STILL using other tools that they JUST used on previous clientele. I would never recommend coming here.....a waste of $25 and a god damn waste of my time. read more

Went here today after the 40% off sign caught my eye. A brand new nail salon, with average prices and great customer service. Recently I had been going to T Nails. Today I didn't have a babysitter for my eight month old and T Nails was just too busy for a young child. So I figured I'd try the new place. It was very clean, brand new tools, tables and chairs. I am in love with the sea salt scrub, lotion and hot towel. As well as the gorgeous light fixtures. They had a nice selection of OPI as well as Color Club nail polish. My son was not the easiest child today but luckily I was the only customer there. While my nail tech worked diligently on my hands, the two young female techs played with and entertained my son. My friend and I got nail extensions with ANC and we both love them! $40 for beautifully shaped and painted full set. (I've paid at much more at other nail salons that do far worse jobs). Both our nail technicians took their time and obviously cared about doing a good job, meticulously taking the time to ensure a great nail shape, (we both asked for coffin), and nice paint finish. 0/10. I decided to give Perfect 10 a try and asked for French but substituting the traditional white with a color using ANC powder. The woman who removed my previous ANC powder tried to yank my old tips off of my nails rather than soak them off until I said "ouch" and jerked away and she started to remove them the correct way. That should've been my first sign to walk out. Another lady started doing my nails and rather than suggest something else or just say she couldn't give me what I was asking for, she gave me a nasty attitude the entire time and yelled at me as she was trying to bend my thumb backwards to dip it into the powder to try to get a straight line for the French. She continued to jerk my hands around and she yanked my arm toward her so aggressively I genuinely could not believe I was being treated like this in a nail salon... I never give anyone a hard time. I've gone to nail salons and been cut, bled from the dremel slipping off of my nail, left with one long nail and the rest shorter (I can go home and file it down), and I am always polite. No one is perfect, but being nasty with me because you can't do what I am asking for...just tell me to get something else and I would say okay, no issue at all. Side note-- she started yelling at the lady sitting next to me telling her that her nails were too short to get gel polish and she needed tips glued on if she wanted her nails painted with the color polish she selected. in what world does that make sense? My nails look horrible, the line work for the French is blotchy, squiggly and thicker on some nails than others. It wouldn't even bother me that much if she had been nice to me. I always go here for my pedicure. When I went there today the lady started my feet and didnt even put the correct products in the water for the type of pedicure that I wanted to get. As I still let the pedicure go on the lady seem like she had no clue on what to do. I asked for a french pedicure and the lady that was working on my feet should they other lady my feet. She proceed to be rude and talks bad in her language about my feet. I told the lady to stop and that is wanted to go to another place.
