I came here because my daughter receive a gift certificate to get a manicure done so then I decided to get a full set. I have never had a full set done under 45 minutes! EVER! But this man made it happen in that little time and his work reflects on my hands. My nails are shorter than I wanted, the shape isn't right, there's so much acrylic leftover inside the nail. Just overall sloppy. My daughter's experience was not good either. She told the lady she wanted a certain color with glitter on it and the lady used a completely different color. I told my daughter to not make it a big deal. I paid for the services but definitely didn't leave a tip. I will never come here again when there's a few in the area that do waaaay better work. Just spreading my 2 cents on my friendly and dependable nail shop... For those reviews from 2016 and prior... FYI: 1. The place has gone under new management and been remodeled. 2. The sign stating they don't accept tips from credit card/debit purchases is outdated and inaccurate. They accept tips and all forms of payment... EVEN Apple Pay. Now to the nails, Kim is an absolute jewel. She and her husband Mike come from the formerly owned Passion Nails location (Craig and Simmons) before the current owners took over. Kim's work is clean, fast and pays amazing attention to detail. She is famous for her eyebrow waxes- and she literally could have a biz just doing those alone. Mike, I can always count on for a quick fill in a pinch and has squeezed me in on multiple occasions, which I greatly appreciate. I can tell they are working hard to pull this place together to make it a success. The chairs and booths have all been replaced to nice white leather rolling chairs. The luxury massage chairs for pedicures work and the bubbles do too! They have added wall shelving to make space for the wide variety of gel polish colors and dipping powders they have in stock. I was needing a pedicure and fill after a vacation. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon got right in. First the pedicure was amazing the hot stone after the massage was just icing on the cake. Michelle did my fill with gel with a nice design on ring finger and let her do as she wanted with that and they came out amazing. I will be coming back for sure. I was referred to this place 2 years ago by a friend who has been going to Tina MANY years. Tina has always done such a wonderful job. Always willing to squeeze me in last minute. She's always up to date on the current colors and designs and even bringing to the table new designs others haven't event done yet. Her full sets run me 3 weeks easy before I need a fill even though many say a 2 week turn around is best. Her eyebrow arches are on point and I've officially converted back to waxing from threading. Anna is phenomenal when it comes to pedicures and gel nail manicures! Pounding the pavement and changing gloves with every patient in the hospital has my hands and feet looking up tamed and she gets them looking right again with no issue. I came back again to get a refill on my coffin shaped nails . I had Minh & he is great . I hated how the last nail salon did my nails and Minh really took his time and fixed them up . I had an appt for 9am and he was ready for me as soon as i walked in . All the other techs were also busy . Despite all the reviews , i am so glad i decided to come here . I got a pedi while I was 9 months pregnant (mostly because I heard the foot massage helps induce labor lol), and I wanted to go somewhere near home for something super quick. I got the most basic pedi service and chose just a regular polish. I don't remember her name, but the nail tech I had was super sweet and friendly. Horrible! I came in at 450 pm and the older woman "Kim" told me they closed at 6 and she'd get me in and out in no time. Long story short, I was the only customer and she rushed and was mad because she wasn't clear about the tip. There's a sign saying cash tip only. I noticed it about 20 minutes after she started on my nails, she told me not to worry i can use my debit card. Great, when the time came, I paid with debit card, waited for my receipt so I can tip but it never printed. I asked about it and she yelled at me for not tipping! I was confused as to why she was yelling. Then she started to speak Vietnamese to her coworker and slamming things around. As my nails were still drying, she told me to leave and go home. I told her my nails weren't dry and she huffed and puffed and said get out. I grabbed my purse and left. I got into my car and turned my heater in full bast and dried my nails for another 15 minutes. One star because she was rude and unclear about the tip policy they have, also they closed at 555 pm and she rushed the entire time I was there. My nails looked horrible. Never going back. read more

So far, after showing the nail tech a small cut on my foot asking her be careful, she negligently applied the callus remover right on it burning the hell out of my cut! I immediately jumped and then she remembered the cut, apologizing and rinsing it off... She's been texting on her cell phone several times- clearly she's distracted. Then I have asked for an upgraded pedicure- which is supposed to include extra massage with a sugar/ salt scrub. She barely rubbed the scrub on and then rinsed it right off within seconds. I got no massage at all. Then she rubbed lotion on- again still no massage at all- not even one minute. At this point I'm pissed and just waiting to be done. Also- all the massage chairs are broken where the bubbles are supposed to come out. The only thing good is that there's a decent movie playing- but I'm not here to watch a movie, I am here to relax and clearly this is NOT happening. I've been here before and got good service, today is just unacceptable & they're not even busy either! I saw a girl walk out and asked her if she liked the place she said she loved it and Tina does her nails. Her nails had the bronzed color on them they were beautiful! I walked in and wanted a gel manicure. I actually got a manicure!!! Many times they just buff your nails and slap on the polish. I had a guy, he was awesome! He was a perfectionist, did great manicure and put the gel polish on with the same attention to detail. He stopped at one point and took the polish off because he saw a black dot, he redid the polish! I have never had some one get the polish all the way to the cuticle and not get it all over my fingers. I am so going back. It's so close too. The Gel manicure was $35. I thought he said his name was "Fred" then he said, no. But he works 6 days a week from 9-7 PM!! read more

I came in here with my grandmother, and my mother the other day for three pedicures and one manicure. We were there two and half hours and there was only one other customer at the time. Three different women rotated doing my pedicure(which chipped the same day). The "manicure" that we paid for consisted only of the manicurist applying over 10 coats of gel polish that pooled at the end of my moms nails, only to peel off the next day. When doing the callus scrub on all three of us they used a CHEESE GRATER and scrubbed my grandmothers feet raw. She could barely touch her skin without being in pain. Horrible experience!! Baotram did my nails. I came in with dip on and they only wrapped one hand to take it off. She then half ass sanded them, and dipped them both three times, and painted gwl three times. WTF. During the process I asked her why was only one hand wrapped, she said "because she didn't want to".
