This place has the best meats in the valley. We love their quality! So glad I found a place to get great steak and ox tails.

We were vacation up in the Glacier area in July 2012. I found out about this place from the homeowner of the house we were renting. After coming back from a hike we googled the store, hungry for some grilling. It was 6PM. They were still open (thank goodness). The owner was a very pleasant, knowledgable fellow. He seemed very dedicated to putting out quality product. We eventually bought some jerky, ground beef, and a couple of steaks. The ground beef was sublime. One of the best burgers I've ever grilled (or tasted in a restaurant). Perfect fat content / beefy flavor. 7 minutes to perfection. They told me it was a mix of chuck and sirloin with a bit more chuck with 12-15% fat content. The steaks were also excellent. Great flavor and well butchered. We purchased a flat iron steak and a shell steak. The jerky is addictive as well. Skip the supermarket and buy your meat here. You won't regret it. read more

We were on the quest for perfect jerky and both a ranger at Glacier Park and my brother in law recommended Perfect Cuts. We picked up 4 kinds of buffalo jerky and one beef. So yummy. The honey buffalo was sweet, chewy and very flavorful. Nothing like your store bought stuff. They are not open Sundays and are a little off the main road, but easy enough to find. The perfect snack if you are hiking in Glacier. Next time we visit, I am going to pick up some cuts of meat from them. I think they are one of the only real butchers left in the Montana. read more

YES! Perfect Cuts is awesome...Buffalo Honey Jalapeno jerky! It's my drug of choice. They should have most any protein you desire on hand. If not, they likely can get it for you. Recommendations: BACON...many varieties, Thuringer and summer sausage, and smoked turkey. NOM! Step back in time to when butchers cared about putting forward a great product! Seriously what a find! We have now visited and bought many cuts of meats three times in a week. On vacation from California... the staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Some of best beef and pork I have ever had. Wish I lived closer, it would be the only store I'd buy meet. Tried the flatiron steak and prime rib pork steaks were wonderful. The next time we are in the area, we'll be back. BTW: the staff is great, they take the time to talk to you and explain their meets. read more

The lady working here was real rude to my wife. We payed $42.01 for a Thanksgiving Smoked Turkey. We have shopped here in the past several times. The Turkey was still raw and not smoked all the way thru, (couldn't pull the meat off the bone and was a bit bloody). I never try to write bad reviews but when i get horrible customer service like this i have to. We happened to take the Turkey back not expecting anything but to be compensated for the part of the Turkey that was not edible. The lady was a total "C-word" all while defending her bloody Turkey. The gentleman took over and rufunded my wife $42.00 as the lady was slaming stuff around in the back. I take pride in my work too but when you make a mistake maybe next time just learn from it and make it right with the customer. I won't shop here again after this experience. read more

At first I was really looking forward to Perfect cuts meats. I had heard good reviews, when I brought my order in I didnt realize the long wait 4 mths to get my goods back. On top of that they messed up the order and forgot the items......Need more staff and a little customer service if your backed up....I would recommend someplace else. read more

This is the only place we buy meat. They smoke their own brats and other smoked products. I have bought s viral prime ribs there and every one was prime meat. They also carry sausages, chops, chorizo, veal, ground pork, you name it. And their ground beef makes absolutely the best tasting burgers. read more
