I wish I could give Perfect Fit 10 stars because they truly deserve it. After having the best experience ever at this wonderful shop in Clio, I am anxiously waiting for my wedding date in August. It's more than having the perfect dress. The ladies at Perfect Fit were ALL warm hearted, always encouraging and never pressured me to make a purchase. Perfect Fit was the first bridal shop I stopped at when shopping for the perfect dress and I hate to mention that I wasted time trying to beat that "OMG" moment when I knew I found the dress that was placed on the rack just for me. The other bridal shops just didn't compare---I didn't have any success at the other places so when I knew I had to return to Clio. It felt like going to see some old friends!!! I love everything about my dress, the color, the cut, the price and I can't wait for my groom to see me wearing that beautiful gown! It's frustrating being a plus size bride but at perfect fit, size didn't matter!!! My consultant told me "we can find the perfect dress for any bride!" And she was correct!!! The was my first experience going to shop for my wedding dress. When calling to make an appointment I was very surprised they were able to get me in the very next weekend. That for starters was great! Then when we arrived we met our bridal consultant Jillian. She was absolutely wonderful. She spent so much time with us trying to help me find my dress. I told her what I thought I liked based on some designs I saw on their website and while they didn't have the exact one in store she offered me some examples that were very similar (same designer) that I could try. It was great that not only did my mom and I get to roam the store to pick some dresses I wanted to try on but that Jillian also picked some out for me that she thought I would like. After trying o. 10+ dresses we made a decision. She was very helpful in offering solutions and even getting the seamstress to have her input on possible alterations. Overall fantastic experience! If you do not buy your wedding dress from this store you are cheating yourself out of the best opportunity for your special day. The staff is outstanding, the store is amazing with a million options to choose from in all sizes. I had Carissa, I highly recommend everyone to work with her she is by far probably the best bridal consultant anywhere just not at Perfect Fit. Carissa will make you and your guest feel extra special, and the gift she has that some consultants don't have is she is 100% sincere and she loves her job. After traveling all over Michigan it seemed, my fiance and I decided to just check out the tuxedo rentals A Perfect Fit had to offer. Not only were all of the employees attentive and wonderful, they were not pushy like all of the other local places, they were inexpensive too! That is when I decided I would continue my ever so longing search of my perfect wedding dress there! I went home, checked my schedule and made an appointment to try on some dresses! I took my close girlfriend with me and we had so much FUN! Every dress we looked at was absolutely beautiful and we had the pleasure of working with Erin, who was more than accommodating! I asked myself, "why didn't I come here sooner?" The selection wasn't exactly what we had hoped for, but in the end my daughter found the perfect prom dress for her Senior year! I was only irritated for a moment when this specific dress only came in a size 2 or 6 and she needed a 3/4. The first girl assisting us was trying to get us to just buy the 6 and have it taken in. The problem, it was tattered. The lace overlay was not in good condition. The size 2 was the same way and completely stretched out in the front. I just preferred to purchase a new dress. The 2nd young lady assisting us went to check the computer, and sure enough ONE size 4 was available from Sherry Hill. We absolutely LOVED the young lady that was assisting us. She was not pushy, and had a great attitude. I wish I could have remembered her name. She was wonderful, and we appreciated her going above and beyond. read more

I was so nervous about bridal gown shopping but walking into Perfect Fit eased all of my stress! I was warmly greeted by the front desk who walked around with me for a minute until my consultant was ready for us. I can't tell you how worried I was that I wasn't going to like anything or that I wouldn't fit into anything but shopping with their consultant was like shopping with an old friend! She was friendly and asked so many polite questions and made sure to include my aunts and mom as well as brought toys out for my niece! I ended up with a gorgeous dress and anytime I had an alterations question that the consultant couldn't answer, there was a seamstress there who was just as helpful! This place was my first, and thankfully, last stop on the wedding dress shopping! I did find my wedding dress here and the service, from Lauren (LOVED HER) was impeccable. She made me feel comfortable the entire time AND laughed and joked with my mom, sister, and Grandma. The three of them also walked away feeling as though we had been given the best service possible and that is a tough thing to do with them. Lauren listened to my likes, dislikes, concerns, and about my life and managed to make it feel as though we'd been friends before and she knew me. Thank you, again, for such a wonderful experience. A wonderful experience! I loved that we could look through the dresses ourselves and select the ones we liked!!! My entire wedding party, mother, grandmother, and aunts were able to look through the selection making them all feel like they were part of the process! My bridesmaids were so excited to be able to select a dress personally for me to try on. Paula was so great to work with! She was so perceptive and listed to my likes and dislikes of each and every dress (there were many) then she was able pull something from the rack I never would have thought to try on. I had an amazing experience shopping for my bridal gown at Perfect Fit. The hours of the store (open everyday until 7pm) was perfect for my schedule and making an appointment was very easy. From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. All of their bridal gowns are in bags so that the gowns look perfect and are treated very well. The dressing rooms are HUGE which makes it much easier to bring additional people. Clarrissa was AMAZING and helping me find dresses, try them on and helping me say yes to the dress. The customer service from the reception, workers and owner was great and I felt valued while at my appointment. I would recommend this place! read more

I had a very good experience here, as far as shopping and ordering goes. I have yet to have my alterations done. I know some people have had issues before and I was nervous, but Kassidy was absolutely wonderful. She made the experience fun and very easy, she explained everything well. Ordering was simple and they had my dress in my size, so there was no confusion when it came time to pick the size. Overall Kassidy made the appointment she listened to what I wanted and was supper helpful the entire time. Loved our experience at Perfect Fit Bridal! Clarissa obviously knows the bridal businesses and very quickly narrowed down bridal gowns for my daughter based on what she wanted and also looked wonderful in. My daughter was able to finalize her wedding dress on our first visit to Perfect Fit Bridal. All staff were wonderful to work with. We then went back another time and were able to find bridesmaid dresses at Perfect Fit Bridal that worked well with all the sizes and shapes of the bridesmaids, and in the colors the bride wanted. Perfect fit has done it again. This will be the 4th event my family has turned to perfect fit for our attire! Each time they have gone above and beyond to make sure the experience was fun, easy and that we found exactly what we wanted. Taylor was amazing! The service is outstanding. We went in and shopped around and picked a few dresses out. Told the consultant what I envisioned but that I also had no idea what would look good on my short stature. They picked a few for me to try aws well. They helped with each and every dress (there were several) and I retried the two that I was torn between. They helped me pick a veil for each and do the whole get up and with those touches I said YES to the Dress! They are friendly. professional, accommodating, price friendly and relaxed. This is the most amazing place with the best staff ever. This is the only place we deal with because they treat everyone with the most respect and care. They will bend over backwards to help you. Very knowledgeable on all their products. They even pulled of a huge alteration on my daughters prom dress last minute so her grandpa could see her before he passed away. Because I'm on a shorter timeframe with my wedding (6 months), I was looking for a place where I could buy off the rack and get altered. Perfect Fit had sooooo many options, and I used my total 2-hour window to try on 12-15 dresses. My consultant Taylor was incredibly helpful, honest, and easy to work with. My mom and I loved seeing my final selection on in the room with several mirrors. I had an excellent experience, purchasing both a gorgeous dress and veil! Dammie was our girl! She made the day so fun and shared lots of laughs. She had great dress suggestions, even chose one of the dresses she picked out as my final big day dress. The shop overall was very polite and flexible. The only issue was when we suggested ordering only but that it to be expected because they don't make money if we order online...but other than that they were very helpful and thorough when sizing and ordering the girls dresses. As soon as I walked in the door I could tell they cared about their presentation. Store was clean and organized well. Jillian was wonderful! From the selection of dresses to try on, to the pep talk when I was feeling overwhelmed by the number of dresses my entourage selected, she made me feel comfortable and beautiful. went to Perfect Fit just to try on wedding dresses to get an idea of what I wanted. I ended up finding a dress I loved and saying yes to the dress. I have a hard time making decisions based on emotion instead of logic because I am a scientist. Thinking logically is just what I do. Dammie really helped me with that. BIGGOTS! A man identifying himself as the owner asked me to leave because I was shopping for a dress with my brother. He picked up a particularly ugly dress, held it up in front of him and jokingly asked me, "hey sis, how about this one?" This is when we were approached and told they only sold dresses to women. I thought I had not heard him correctly. I said I was shopping for me, and he told me he had seen the interaction and was not selling to us. I'll never shop there again. read more
