I was pleasantly surprised by this nail salon. A bunch of my family goes here regularly, but I had never been, so 2 of my cousins brought me here this past weekend for a pedicure. The inside is pretty standard for a nail salon, but I thought they did a good job, and their prices are lower than some of the other salons I've been to in the Roseville/Rocklin area - I believe the basic pedicure is $22. I went in for a mani/pedi. I had a female do my pedi & a male do my mani. The massaging part of my service was great & very relaxing. When it came time to finish up my mani, the guy seemed to be rushing. He cut one of my fingers & it hurt like hell. He quickly painted my nails. It was very sloppy. Then I guess he decided to take a break because he asked one of the females to apply the top coat & he left. The pedicure was awesome. She took her time & did a great job. I was a little disappointed that when I asked for a design, she only suggested a flower. But that wasn't too big of an issue. The next day my fingernails began to chip so I just removed the polish but my toenails still look great after a week. I gave them three stars for the great job on the pedi & the females were also very nice. read more

I've only had one not so happy experience here and it was probably because the lady didn't understand how I wanted my "Galaxy" nails. They still turned out cute, just not exactly how I imagined. I just moved to Lincoln and I had tried another place in town and was very unhappy. Today I went to perfect nails and had the best experience. Nancy was the technician who did my pedicure and she was very thorough and did a fabulous job. I got the spa pedicure which included a paraffin wax, salt scrub and mask. She spent a great amount of time doing the massage which is always one of my favorite things. Nancy was also so sweet and talkative and was a joy to be around. She made the best impression on me and for that reason alone I will always request her. I also had a manicure which Lucky did and he did a great job on my nails. I have natural nails that I like just clean and buffed to a shine no color. His massage on my hands and arms was a nice from Massage which felt great. I will be back every month to be pampered by the wonderful folks here at perfect nails. read more

Not thrilled on my nails. The lady who did them didn't do a normal manicure which I was disappointed about. I go and pay for a manicure I expect my fingers soaked and cuticles done and oil. Isn't that part of the manicure process?? Felt like she half assed my entire experience. She moved like she was rushed but there was no one else in the salon. there's gel all over my finger edges. The tops are rough and not filed evenly and the tools she used on me were previously used ones that were not cleaned. The entire shop was dirty and in shambles. I also got a waxing done and my eyelids are sticking together from the sticky wax left over from my brow waxing. I felt bad for Worker she was dealing with an angry customer about how they hated their nails. I was also about to complain about mine as well But figured I'd eat it and leave a review to warn others not to bother. STAY AWAY!! I would avoid this place, there are many better salons in town. I came in w/ a Pinterest pic, nothing too hard & they said they could match it, but toward the end they said they couldn't do it and just painted my nails a solid color and even messed that up!! It was sloppy, bumpy and they didn't paint the sides of my nails! They also cut 8/10 of my fingertips, it was the most painful manni of my life! They were closing and couldn't fix it, so I came back the next day for a refund. They were extremely rude when I asked for the refund and all of their 5-8 employees started gathering around me and they were all gabbing my hands, looking at my nails, but none of them asked, they just kept grabbing me. On top of that they were talking sh** about me in their language and rolling their eyes at me. After 20 mins. of this they finally gave me my refund, in which they took $20 out of their pocket and threw it at me and said, "Dont come back!" BTW my total was $35, so they shorted me $15, but at that point I was alone and scared so I just left. It was the most invasive and abusive situation I've ever been in, all for asking for a refund on a clearly, noticeable, terrible nail job, that all my friends and family said was the worst they've ever seen!! I remained calm w/ them thru the whole thing, never raised my voice or got rude and they told me to never come back... like I would after all that!! These people are crazy, STAY AWAY!! read more

Very nice people, but the cleanliness falls short. The guy in there did my nails, went so fast he cut the side of my finger. It wouldn't stop bleeding, it was terrible. You feel very rushed, and the massage chair didn't work. read more

Today was my second time coming here and there is a reason I am a returning customer. I only get pedicures because I work on hard surfaces and my feet need pampering. The staff is so friendly and nice and they do quality work. I can only speak on the pedicures though. This last time I went with my sister and she loved it as well. Very rude service. I highly recommend people not to go there. There's a guy there that doesn't work there but pretends to be the owner n he was very disrespectful to me n my mother in law. I had a horrible experience inside and had to tell the nail tech how to go from glitter to pink/white since they thought white would cover my hot pink tips. My littler sister and I came here for a girls day last week and we left very disappointed. The people are nice but the work is not. I had a specific design I wanted and I was told by the male employee that did our nails that he was able to do the design. I mean this in the nicest way possible but my little sister could have done a better job with the design. I appreciated the effort but what really upset me was that the design I wanted required 2 black nails on the middle finger and on the finger next to the pinky with a beautiful design, but he accidentally painted one nail black and the other a really dark purple that was very noticeable in the light. I was told it was too late to change and I was shocked. I ended up paying $40.00 for my fill and color change and $50 for my little sisters. The work was horrible and he wasn't even willing to change it even after he admitted he had made a mistake and painted one of my nails the wrong color. I will never go back to this place again. I had to go to a different shop right after to correct his mistake and ended up paying $65.00 total just for my fill and color change and another 75.00 for my sisters! If a mistake is made or the customer isn't satisfied with the design they are paying for you try to fix it, not dismiss the issue and say you can't do anything about it. read more
