Worst nail salon experience ever. I've been here a couple times for a pedicure and it's been fine & once for a gel manicure. This time i decided to go for a full set. I did a simple nail and just asked for a heart on my ring finger (for Valentine's Day) the heart looked like a 2 year old drew it. I asked him to redraw it and it looked the same. So i asked if maybe they get just do the outline of a heart with rhinestones. HE LITERALLY TOLD ME HE COULDNT. HE COULDNT MAKE A HEART FROM RHINESTONES!!!! I've NEVER had a nail salon tell me they couldn't do a design! So i grabbed another girl and there was like 10 others surrounding me talking in another language. Made me feel so uncomfortable and like a burden. Soooo i went to pay, even though i STILL wasn't happy with my nails. And he tells me it'll be $80 (FOR A PEDICURE AND FULL SET) that's literally crazy. I paid it and the guy THREW the receipt at me. I usually tip but after that? I will not be returning. I've read lots of reviews on nails salons and I always wondered how people could have such a great experience at one. Now I understand after going to Perfect Nails. A friend recommended this place and Kim. I'm so glad I took her recommendation. The pricing in my opinion is very reasonable, it's cost me a lot more to get less done at other places. First of all the place is exreamly clean! And they set out all the nail polishes out so you can grab them yourself rather than telling them the number and them just grabbing it. the products they use are also high quality so thats another plus! They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable instead of awkward like other places. Ricky is my favorite! He does it all! Full sets and pedis! Their pedis are AMAZING! I had an ingrown toe nail and at any other place id still have one. But Ricky took care of it and it didnt even hurt! Their prices are reasonable too! I really like this spa! This "USED" to be my favorite nail salon until 3 weeks ago then gave it a try again today 5-17. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment (I work, so hence an appointment), got there when they opened at 9am only to wait over 25 minutes to be seated while others w/ NO appointments were 1/2 way through their mani/pedi before I had even started. I got a powder dip for my sons upcoming wedding & a pedi. Today, I went in to get the same. The pedicurist was horrible and the nail tech probably didn't graduate nail school. 6 out of 10 of my nails looked cloudy and crystalized. I called the owner over & he made light of it. I said NOT ACCEPTABLE & I want them re-done. Another HOUR for 6 nails. The girl said it was the powder. Why would 4 come out okay and 6 not? Common sense here. She re-did them and 2 are still messed up. Now I have 2 shades of a french powder dip. At this point I had lost over an hour from work. I called the owner over upon paying; he knows me well. I said "what has happened in here". He shrugged his shoulders and obviously could care less. We are just hands and feet in there and NO MORE than that. I told him after over 10 years of being a customer I would no longer be back. His answer; "OK" and walked away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. They have gone to the dogs. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and could CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. read more

I went to Perfect Nails for about 7 years and my nails always looked terrific. Do to circumstances and life changes I started going to another salon closer to my house. Needless to say they were never as good as when I went to Perfect Nails. Just the other day I decided to go back and not fret about the distance and Tim the owner did my nails. I have been to this salon three times now. It is always busy, but they are very quick to get you in. I am always welcomed when I walk in and they encourage me to pick my colors and get comfortable in their waiting area. The salon itself is a nice size and very clean! All three times I have gone, my nail tech has been James. He is GREAT! I always go for a full set or back fill and throughout the whole process he checks on me to make sure I am okay and like what he is doing. This time when I went in, I wanted to change my typical oval shape to a square tip and he filed them down perfectly. He once again double checked with me to make sure I like it. My friend who has gone with me each time hasn't had the best experience as her nails were messed up once and the shape wasn't what she wanted, but it wasn't a big problem and I told her next time to wait for James! I've never had an issue with his work. The nails stay perfect for almost a month before I need to go back. This place is expensive compared to other salons in the area, but I do like that they have a rewards card! I will continue coming here!! If you go, ask for James! read more

I love this place because not only their personalities and cleanliness. but they sterile their instruments and basins. Visited this salon for a gel manicure after referred by a friend. They have updated equipment and furnishings. They were able to get me in quickly on a weekend with no appointment. The nail tech, Michelle was great. Very quick and efficient. In and out in under an hour. I have had no chipping or issues with the manicure after two weeks. This is definitely my new regular nail salon. read more

I have been here a few times her name is Donna she did an amazing job. However, I went with a friend this morning for full sets. She gets the moon shape still (old style we know) the whole time he kept saying shes stuck in an attick for 10 years, she's stuck in the past, grow out of it, update your nails, etc. So I stepped in and said she's paying you isnt she? I left with acrylic and dust all over my hands because he was so messy as well as being incredibly rough. You are suppose to go in and come out feeling great, but that is hard to do when you have your nail person dogging you the whole hour you are in there. Learn some customer service skills. I am very sad to say this will be my last time going to this salon. I have been going here for years and every time has been excellent, except for his past time this week. The two technicians that were doing my nails were beyond rude. My nails look like they were done by a child and rushed through them. My pedicure was the most un relaxing pedicure I have ever had and the lady argued with me about everything...I just wanted a simple color and glitter on top, That was obviously to much to ask for. The guy doing my manicure was talking about me in Vietnamese the whole time...very disrespectful I just wanted to get up and walk out I felt so un welcome. I had to get the windshield on my company car replaced at a location near this nail salon. I had 2 hours to kill and the location is a little far from my house or anyone I know to have them come pick me up or kill some time with me, so I walked across the street to Starbucks. Before I made it to get coffee, I came across Perfect Nails. A mani/pedi would waste enough time until my windshield was done so I thought I would pop in and see what the wait would be. It was midday on a Saturday, so figured it may be a while, but they were able to see me right away. This probably the nicest nail salon I've ever been to that isn't a full service salon or spa. The location is decorated very tastefully in neutral colors and recessed lighting. They have flat screens on each wall for guests to watch while getting their services. The pedicure chairs were comfortable and I could figure out the settings on the chair. There was probably 20 nail technicians working there, which explained how I could be seen so quickly where there were already 15 clients getting worked on. My technician was nice, very quiet, and I apologize I don't remember her name. Prior to beginning my pedicure, she placed a disposable plastic liner in the bowl. I thought this was a fantastic idea because it keeps the bowls clean; however, somewhat wasteful. It makes sense for them to be efficient in serving the number of clients they had coming in so they aren't wasting time cleaning the bowls properly. She did a great job doing my pedicure and manicure. She was smart and asked me to pay before she painted my finger nails. Most places ask after and rummage through your purse for you. The spa pedicure and manicure cost $40 which is about the same as any other corner nail salon. Although they weren't that friendly, most employees at any comparable salons have the same demeanor. I was comfortable there and did not worry once about cleanliness, so would definitely recommend this location for discount nail services. If I find myself in that area again in need of a mani or pedi, I will use them. read more

Being a guy I'm not supposed to enjoy being pampered but this place brought out the "me gusta" face in me. The chicks inside this place are pretty hot, so that is a definitive draw. The service was good, the wife and I showed up there without an appt and we were serviced fairly quickly. The MANecure I received was quick and done right. I don't get to pamper myself often, but when I do, I most always come to Perfect Nails. I've never made an appointment, and they are usually always able to get me in right away. The few staff members that have worked on me have always been friendly and gently. Gentle is important for me...I like to feel relaxed, not tortured! The work they do is also fantastic. I've had full-set-French-tips, fills, and gel manicures. They take their time and ensure that no air bubbles develop. They are always busy, which must be a good sign that they are doing things right! read more

This place is awesome, every time I come in I leave happier than I expected to be. They do manicures and pedicures at the same time to save you time and have more open chairs (don't worry, they do use pillows to make you as comfortable as possible). The pedicure chairs have liners so you never have to fret about germs and they are always so nice, fast, and good. Never a half-ass job here! Because they're so awesome they do get really busy on weekends so I recommend going during the week if possible, but even if you can't the wait during busy times is never too much. Get a loyalty card!! Every dollar you spend us a point earned and once you get a certain amount it's a coupon towards your next service- and you can tip on a debit card (although cash is always preferred, but sometimes you forget!) read more

I have been coming here for my acrylics since Christmas. I've tried a few nail techs there. Just to make sure they were all great..and they were! But I stick with Ricky. Hes very precise and takes his time!! The cleanest nail salon I've been too. And i used to work in one, sooo needless to say I recommend this place. Bryan is amazing at doing acrylic nails! He listens to what you want and does your nails exactly how you want them. I have been to other nail salons and ask for my nails a certain way, and they always respond the same, "your hands are too small to have them done that way, let's do this". From here on out, Bryan is the only one I will let do my nails. I am yet to have a pedi done there, but I know I will not be disappointed! I have gotten my nails done here for years, they are pretty fast and do a great job as with any place There will be less than satisfying experiences which happen here as well, more often recently because sometimes the rush is frustrating when I come in I want to have whom ever spend time on me, with their prices they shouldn't be doing my nails in the pedi chair and getting up every 5 to take care of others. Sometimes designs don't go even close to as planned but, I have been coming here off and on forever and feel even when unsatisfactory they are better than most. I have been going to this salon since they first opened. Tim the manager was so rude to me today I will never go back. Vivian had done my nails yesterday and she did a good job except she talked me into Gel nail polish and when I got home I found a bubble on my left thumb nail. I tried to flatten it to only have it rub off. Today I went in at 10:30 to find they don't open until 11:00 not the usual 9:00 am. I was the first there and many people showed up shortly. They were late opening and hurried to seat customers. I didn't know Vivian's name and called my husband to have him tell me the name on my receipt. Tim was so rude to me it almost made me cry he said "Why aren't you listening to me, I know who did your nails and you have to wait till she comes in (she was not there at the time). He even rolled his eyes while he looked at another customer like "she is so stupid!" I was so embarrassed and upset but Vivian walked in shortly and repaired my thumb nail. I know Tim is a very uptight guy but my husband was in the hospital for 6 days this past week and I could have used some kindness not rude remarks. I will not every return to his salon again. I paid him $67. and tipped $11.00 to Vivian and Lyna for my pedicure. I am retired and have some friends that now go there as well. $78. is a lot of money for me, I could have used a little more caring especially since I have been coming there since they opened. My friend and I went and got pedicures there together a few days ago. When I met the woman who was going to give me my pedicure, I said hello and commented on how cute her shoes were but she still gave me a rude mumbled response. I paid extra to get the calluses removed from my feet. When she was done scrubbing all the dead skin off my feet she took the tool she used and slammed it against the towel to remove the waste into the towel. She looked at it in disgust and told her coworker (who was sitting next to her doing my friend's feet) "WELL THIS IS GOING IN THE TRASH!" and crackled laughing while she tossed the towel in the floor. What.The.Heck. Then her and her coworker decided to look at my friend and I and chat amungst themselves and laugh about it in their foreign language. I honestly felt like kicking her in the face for how rude she was. Also, last time I checked, when did it cost $50 for a basic Mani/Pedi? I went to this nail place for the first time today because someone bought me a gift card there. The location was good & the salon looked fair clean (although a bit run down) but the staff was not friendly & did a lazy job. I went for a pedicure & tech was so annoyed at how short I had cut my toenails. Then when I wanted a bright pink french pedicure, she didn't wait at all to apply the top coat & blurred the pink over the white, not to mention the didn't mention the $5 up charge for the (sloppy) french pedicure.
