Well... I really don't ever leave reviews unless I'm dissatisfied. I asked for a fill and a deluxe pedicure $135 later in addition I gave a tip but now I regret it . The lady that did my nails she was okay, but my pedicure I'm blown away ... Look at my feet . I'm truly disgusted. I paid so much money for a "deluxe pedicure " and I got 3 minutes of her massaging & my feet are terrible :( I left out of town or I would have went back to the salon immediately. I gave it a chance and I keep getting g the same girl and she does a lousy job. I don't know what all these people are complaining about. I go to this salon every single time. I go to many nail salons. Some of the people below who added these hate reviews are probably not used to getting there nails done every two weeks. If you get your butt kissed by other nail salons, then stay with them instead! I find it soooooooo rude how these people are acting as if they are some fairy-tale princesses. Some of the reviewers under me needs some anger management classes. Because the women who work in this salon, are extremely nice. I never seen them with an attitude, that's why I have such a hard time believing there review. You will need to go there yourself and be the judge of that. I always get my medi pedi done every other week. The spa can be too warm at times, but they adjust it to your likings. They would assist on putting my purse on there table to make sure my valuables stay safe and dry. After they finish with my pedi, they would massage my feet and legs. It is very relaxing, and much needed. The gel stays on my nails the whole two weeks. The gel does not chip, almost hard to chip it, unless you are doing something with your nails you normally won't do with it bare. After they finished with my medi, they added lotion to my arms and massage my hands as well. The women that works here are so kind and sweet. They speak softly as well, you will never see an attitude on there face. These women needs to be treated with respect. Treat others the way you want to be treated is a rule for everyone!! The worst nail salon in Las Vegas. I went in for a French gel fill over my real nails and when they were taking off the gel this is what they did to my real nails. I was told they will need to add acrylic tips to my nails to fix the problem they created and when I told them I do not want acrylic tips on my nails they told me to leave. That they could not help me. Customer service was horrible management did not intervene in customer first mentality was an epic fail. My vote is to boycott this nail salon read more

My experience here was pretty good, I also must say it wasn't the best I've ever had either. Rose did my gel pedicure and was very patient and applied the polish with attention to detail. I appreciated how she didn't just slop on the polish, like most shops and quickly put the top coat on to cover up flaws. If I had to do it over, I would absolutely have Rose do my toes again. The massage aspect of the service, was just so so due to it being quick. If you expect any hot rocks, wrapped legs with hot towels or soft music playing, you will be disappointed! My Nana went to go get her nails done because she is going on vacation. 2 whole hours later she comes home and complains to me that they messed up. She asked for gel but turns in a silver color (which is a common color for nails) and they didn't have any. Also the polish is so thickly globbed on and not smooth at all. I had to take out my own clear polish to fix it and there are multiple dents and missing patches everywhere!! I asked Wendy what she suggested I do, and she wanted to remove them and replace with a fresh set!! She took her time and made sure it was done correctly! My husband and I have both gotten pedicures here. Unfortunately we have both gotten infections here also. About eight months ago I ended up with a nasty toe fungus on both big toes and the second toes. Within days my nail began to turn black. A year later my toenail still looks nasty and thick. A month ago my husband came in, during his pedicure the woman cut his big toe when trying to help an ingrown toenail. A week later it looked clearly infected and he is now doing a round of antibiotics. We will definitely not be returning and have even thought of calling health department. read more

It's a terrible thing to think I have to write a one star review because I'd prefer to rave about a place and give it 5 stars, but this is not the case. I came in asking for a gel polish change (French/white tip) as I had old polish on before. I'm used to having my old set taken off with at least some technique with acetone - soak them with cotton/aluminum, soak them in a bowl of acetone, etc. The lady used the drill to take ALL the polish off. OUCH. I figured it was maybe just her method, but I know now to just request maybe drilling the top coat off and soaking the rest like I normally get. Cuticle got hit twice, and nail beds felt like Tabasco had been poured on them. She proceeded to do the French polish to which it was the most horrible job I have ever seen someone paint. I wish I had taken a picture and saved it. Guess I was just too embarrassed at that point. Charged $25, not too happy, left. Fast forward to 3 hours later - my left middle finger already had the white tip CHIPPED!!!! WHAT!!!! Gel polish? 5 hours later....4 fingers with cracked polish. Next day, ALL 10. No exaggeration. I went back the next day not even 24 hours later to show them and requested to have them removed and to get a refund. They nodded in disbelief that all 10 were cracked (I'd nod in disbelief too). The thing is, I didn't do anything crazy. It would make sense if I was doing something like soaking in a spa, moving boxes, SOMETHING! But it was one of those, I'm going to relax because it's my day off, type of days. I can only imagine what my nails were going to look like if I was actually doing some sort of activity. As I request to have my nail polish removed, I requested to NOT HAVE IT DRILLED ALL THE WAY OFF LIKE YESTERDAY. And what does she proceed to do? Yes. You guessed it. Pulled out the drill. Again, top coat, no biggie. But that wasn't the case so I said it once more. What happens? More drill. I finally pointed to the acetone and said PLEASE can we do the acetone? Like a poor puppy. Then she goes on to try to pick it off with her nails. Is acetone that evil for her? Toward the end, she said she has to ask her boss for the refund - understandable. Then when she was done, she states that she actually doesn't wanna ask because she might get in trouble. Well, I didn't ask for a horrible nail set along with removing them less than 24 hours later, resulting in burning nail beds and paper thin nail tips. I told her that it was unacceptable in the most calm voice. She was able to give me $20 somehow though! So although I did not get my full refund as expected, I learned not to come back here. NAIL ENVY in Henderson is the go to and I shouldn't have switched places out of convenience of location at the time. read more

When she was filing my nail, she completely ripped my skin off on both thumbs & now all of my fingers hurt. Every single one of my nails are a different shape, length, & are still ALL crooked. Wendy has been doing my pedicures for almost 2 years now so I can only speak for her service. She is very professional, takes her time and accommodating! And the foot massage is amazing! I had my pedicure done yesterday and when I got home my son accidentally stepped on my foot while playing and got one of my nail polish smudged. I called the salon today to see if they could fix it and they happily obliged. Wendy was with another customer when I stopped by so she had another lady re-do my nail who was very nice as well. I went to get my eyebrows waxed during my lunch break and the woman who did them, (I believe her name was Rose) completely botched them. First of all she barely took ANYTHING off and proceeded to tweeze the entire brow for about 15 mins and when I finally got up to see them.. they were totally crooked and she completely neglected to wax the middle of the brows. First off, If I wanted to tweeze my brows I would of done them at home myself. When I told them that they were crooked she replied with "sometimes the skin is crooked" ?!?! WTH is she talking about? I've been getting my eye brows waxed for at least ten years and I have never heard anything about my skin being crooked. One eye brow is clearly raised higher in one spot and the other has hardly any arch at all. The only way to fix this mistake is to wax them again at which point they will be paper thin. Then when I asked for my money back, she told me it wasn't fair to HER! I'm the one with crooked eyebrows but it's not fair to HER to return my money. What a crazy point of view this woman has. Will never return here again. At the very least she could have offered to fix them, instead she decided to blame "my crooked skin" for her mistake. read more

I tried this place out because it's close to where I live. Gel manicures I've gotten at other salons always last for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. My first gel manicure I got here started peeling after 10 days, so I returned to get a polish change and gave them another shot. AGAIN, my nails started peeling this time only after 8 days!! I have been here a few times and always left pissed off. I tell the lady who messing them up, do not make thin around the cuticle. She still does it after I tell her as soon as i sit down. Too much filling. She makes my nails look like lee press on nails. I have used two different women here and they both have a LISTENING PROBLEM WHEN I TELL THEM BEFOREHAND HOW I WANT THEM. This is exactly why I hate getting my nails done. Trying to relax and read and have to check that your not filing them paper thin. I have never been to a place that files so much, evedn tho I HAVE TOLD THEM BEFOREHAND DO NOT FILE SO MUCH AROUND THE CUTICLE. I LIKE THEM THICK.
