In the beginning of going to this nail Spa I was treated nicely , then the nail tech decided to ask me to buy a 25 dollar book , for her son, which I gave away , being put on the spot like that made me very uncomfortable. Then I noticed the pedicure bowls had plastic over them and they are never changed . The point is I don't want fungus from someone else's feet , you change them! Right ? The nail salon was clean. The polish looks a little too thick on my nails but it looks pretty. The technician didn't say one word to me. When she wanted me to move my hand a certain way or to switch hands under the nail dryer, she grunted and motioned at me. Maybe she didn't speak English? The grunting was a bit rude to me. I have been to plenty of nail salons in town and I have finally found somewhere I can go back to time and time again. My nail techs are usually Vikki or Kelly but they have plenty of talented ladies! My favorite thing about them is how quick it is. I always get a gel full set/fill and a pedicure and I'm always out within 1 hour and 15 mins and I don't feel like it's a rush job. Lady was rushed and didn't do a very good job at all. I keep my nails short so I didn't notice until I got home that some were square shape and some are round. She also left some gaps on my nails with no polish but I did notice that as she was painting them and asked her to fix them, which she did. Very sloppy though. I did go a few weeks ago and I hadn't realized they were closing soon but the girl still took me and even though they were about to close, she did a great job! Didnt rush at all! Had a regular pedi and mani. They use some sort of drops before you leave the salon. Never told me what it was for. Never asked if I wanted these magical drops applied. Weeks later I go to remove my toe polish since it had chipped. And my toe nails were all damaged! Not sure if the nail polish was old.. or it was from the drops that they use. So so upset! I've left nail polish on for longer periods of time and never had my toe nails been damaged. My toe nails are now thin and very sensitive! I will not go back. And I do not need a response back from the salon! I had picked an essie nail polish and my nail lady told me to pick another brand because the one i picked wasnt good.
