We needed our fence to be sanded and stained so it would look great. They came on time, sanded, and stained it. They kept in touch via text and when they left, we noticed a few spots that needed a little more stain and they came right back and fixed that. They picked up everything and left the leftover stain with us. It looks great. They tented the plants and protected the pool and pool deck and barbeque stuff, and no damage was done. I've never had to ask a contractor to lower his voice when speaking to my pregnant wife until working with perfect painters. After we pointed out several issues including: using two types of paint on one surface, painting over all of our hinges, and surfaces that hadn't been sanded or cleaned before painting, we addressed these with the owner. He believed that the house had been painted to satisfaction at that point and demanded to know why these issues had only been pointed out after we were billed- which occurred over a weekend, before we had actually moved in, and after his painters had been sent out to try to rectify the first set of mistakes they'd made. As he tried to rectify some of these, he kept using the phrase 'close out the transaction' which alone would have left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. The most frustrating thing about these mistakes was that we were specific about these items up front and they were still made. To be clear, we still paid full price because when someone has been so disrespectful, you just want them out of your house and out of your life. read more

We just got the exterior of our house painted by Perfect Painters. Danny, the owner, gave a very thorough quote and even though he wasn't the cheapest guy, he was the most detailed which is why we originally went with him. Turned out to be a great choice- his crew was excellent- very professional, showed up on time, stayed late if they needed to (we had some days of bad weather so they worked hard to work around the rain and wind), and were great about asking for and listening to feedback about anything we wanted them to change or touch-up. Had this company come to clean and power wash a large deck. This deck is 13 years old and under a pecan tree. It has not been maintained in years. They cleaned and power washed the deck. Danny and his team did a fantastic job painting my home's exterior trimming and staining my fence! They did a soft wash of my house before painting all of the white trimming and replaced any rotting wood. I was worried about some water rust stains on the back of my house and I was so pleased to see that they got the stain removed. I have a 3-story townhouse and they did a great job painting even on the highest trim near the roof. The freshly painted white trimming really made my house look new again! They also did a special cleaning of my fence before staining it and it dramatically improved the curb appeal of my home.
