I wasn't going to write a review but my experience here still isn't sitting well with me. I took my brand new car here to get tinted. However, they ended up breaking my driver side window and proceeded to blame it on "the window". How his tech was simply just "rolling it up." After speaking with the dealership, numerous friends, including one who tints windows (I didn't know at the time he tinted windows as a side job) it isn't that simple to crack a window just "rolling it up". After taking it back to the dealership a week after purchasing it to get the window fixed, they informed me something definitely had hit the window to cause the crack. A week later my window was fixed, and I take my car back to get the driver window tint. The owner still sticks to the story that his tech "was just rolling up the window" and how "delicate" new car windows are. He did pay the cost to fix my window, however, I still HAD TO PAY FOR MY TINT! I understand accidents happen but that's poor business practice not taking ownership for your companies mistake. I definitely should have not had to pay for my tint. That "accident" caused a week full of headaches. I've owned my own business and it's so important to thank responsibly for your employees mistakes. Things happen but lying about it and trying to place blame on the object instead of the person is wrong. The funny part is the owner kept telling me about other "incidents" where his techs have broken other car windows "due to the window being fragile in the higher end cars." I have never heard of that, that to me sounds like they don't people working for them that don't know how to properly install tint. I would recommend going to a well known place. I have never experienced this ever. The only reason I came here was a referral, never again! read more

My Community Association had Perfect Window Tint install window tinting with Ultra Violet (UV) and Infrared (IR) blocking on our community center's windows. They had never been tinted and the heat buildup in the facility was incredible. The new tint with UV and IR blocking made a significant improvement in heat reduction as well as the ability to see out of the windows. I liked it so much that I asked Sal to replace 18-year-old tinting on my home patio doors and another room's windows with the newer UV and IR blocking tint. The older tinting did not block the heat transfer into the rooms, and we had to keep drapes and shutters closed until the sun was off the glass. Sal evaluated my current tint properties and made excellent recommendations. After the new tinting was installed by Salvador and his team, I am now able to open the drapes and blinds in the morning and not be overwhelmed by the heat or the glare. Came here to get my cars windows tinted on Friday. Had called for a price estimate and it was a pretty good price. I had taken my other car here about nine years ago so I knew they would do a good job. I had made an appointment but I arrived early . Lucy was very helpful in showing us the shades of tint and letting us know how long it would take. We left my car there and Lucy called us about 2 and 1/2 hours later that the car was ready. Disappointed. Ceramic tint was chipped shortly after install. Communicated over telephone to schedule an appointment. Lady on the phone assured me they would "take care" of the minor problem. When arriving back to the shop, the same lady deflected responsibility and quoted me $100 to repair damage the seatbelt. Lady, you know very well the position of the imperfection was too forward for the seatbelt to hit for a taller driver. Also, my rear window also has a sliver of tint missing from the same job. I left with it unfixed and disappointed by the broken customer service promised at the time of payment and service. I would look for another tint shop and would not recommend this business to anyone. I would not recommend this 9/1/2023 - response to owner - I have tested with the seat belt buckle and hit it against your tint with force and there are no damages to the film. Not even a scratch. This just proves you guys would rather lie to your customers to save a few bucks. The film can't be chipped by the seatbelt. Could it had bubbled up and flaked off? With your "20 years of experience" you must know by now not all jobs come out perfect. You pointed and blamed your customers before considering other possibilities, such as the underaged kids working at your shop. Shame on you for lying through your teeth when selling to customers. I have had three different houses over the past 22 years. They all have garages. My current house has a three car garage. I also have a lovely wife. She is perfect in most ways. One of her few imperfections is she is a hoarder. My garage has nothing to do with parking cars. It is a workshop and storage area. We have so much crap that I need to park my car outside. At work, I am either on the road or parked in the sun at the office. This is bad news on my paint and interior. My last Vargas trashed since I had no window tinting. My resale value was lessened since my leather seats and dashboard were torn from too much sun. Since I got my new car, I knew I needed a good coating on the paint on some excellent window tint. I did a lot of shopping and settled on a product called Huper Optik. It's sold at very few shops but there is one place walking distance from my office. Salvador hooked me up, gave me a fair deal for this high priced film and my car looks gorgeous. I tinted my windshield super light, but with full uv protection. I even asked him some questions to be sure: -Can he do the back window in a single piece using Huper Optik? -- Yes -Does he have a Model 3 rear window glass where he can cut and shrink the film (not my rear window)? -- Yes I knew that I wanted to use Huper Optik ceramic tint since it's the best in heat rejection and the price he quoted me was the lowest. In fact he beat the lowest quote for a all Huper Optik tint by a few hundred dollars. It's actually pretty hard to find another company that uses Huper Optik in Orange County. I had to get quotes from LA. There were others in Orange County that offered ceramic film like 3M Crystalline or Llumar CTX and Sal still beat them. read more

Large screen TV in customer lounge with air conditioning, friendly family oriented business, and most importantly, they THINK for their customers and actually give suggestions that best suit their needs (e.g. Best heat rejection, best colors or clarity, or most privacy/darkest tint), instead of how much money they can make off you by recommending all the same films or more expensive films. You can really feel that they care! I worked with Jesus, who was extremely professional and hospitable. Because of my busy schedule, he offered same day installation! They are the only few tinting company that offers Huper Optiks, which was what I was looking for. Huper Optiks was originally intended only for commercial building windows so it requires extremely high tinting skills and lots of extra time in order to prevent the films on your car to wrinkle. Thus the higher price point. You will not regret going for Huper Optiks. Yes it is a lot more expensive; however, you will not be disappointed with the quality, heat rejection, and the clarity of these films with their professional installation. Especially if you love your vehicle and want to keep it for a while. Under cruel California sun, this is definitely a worthwhile investment. Although the prices are good, they definitely DO NOT know how to work on Tesla Model X front windshield. They cut the tint incorrectly and filled in the missing tint gaps with a black felt pen, yes a black sharpie. What clowns. Normal cars should be fine but the character of these people is bottom of the barrel. Saturday morning at 7 am, sipping on my coffee.....waiting for a tint place to open. Yelped and wrote down a whole place to call. First one on the list was perfect tint windows. Called for pricing and was going to shop around. I believe I spoke to Sal and he gave me the history of his business and why 100 tint jobs wont last as long. For him to go out of his way to explain this to a first timer I was amazed. He took his time to explain instead of just the quote and a goodbye. I told him im on my way. Came here and they were ready for me. Showed me my options and had cars out there for me to see the difference. Phew..... The guys was working on cleaning my dirty windows while I decide. I went with limo dark on the back and back windows which were #5's and went with #20 on the fronts. What can I say......
