From the ease of setting up an appointment through to the installation, everything went smoothly. Brad came out measured everything, listened to what I wanted/needed and sent over 3-D photos of what they would look like. I asked for a change to one and he send over a new pic and pricing right away. He did not pressure when I could not make a decision but would check in occasionally. The installation was quick but well done. Everything was cleaned up and the guy even identified a gas leak in the laundry closet for me. Perfection Closets was a great selection for our build-out. Our closet is well organized and the spaces feels like it has more than doubled in size. Brad looked at what we stored in our (already stuffed) closet, and then listened to me when I told him that I didn't want our 2 (big) dressers in the bedroom anymore and would love to keep all of our clothes in the closet. And now our dressers are empty and I even have a little empty space left. The installers were clean and quick and professional, and because Perfection manufactures their materials locally we didn't have to wait a month to have it built and shipped here. This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Perfection, and their name pretty much says it. Brad is responsive, creative and patient. I had the normal multi-closet build in new construction and Brad designed each of them to our specs. But then I needed a laundry closet built in a hallway where nothing existed. He worked with me (VERY patiently) as we collaborated on a design and it's EXACTLY what I wanted. In addition, Jeremy and Stu, the installers, were prompt and communicative and did a fantastic job. I also used Perfection for roller shades and woven woods. Erin was quick and their bid was highly competitive. My blinds are gorgeous...so nice that I'm going ahead with the rest of the house. Big props! Great job all the way through the process, from quoting to installation. I needed a nursery closet, a bedroom closet, and an office closet, all with different storage requirements. I really had no plan to start, just knew that I needed space and efficiency. Brad was a huge help in the showroom, guiding me through different fit options and colors. He came out to my place to take measurements at a time that worked for me, and he was right on time and super knowledgable. The plans he drew up were thorough and took into account all my considerations, and the price was surprisingly affordable for the quality. The installation was amazingly fast and efficient, and Brad worked with my schedule to get it done earlier than he originally scheduled, which was really appreciated since we were expecting our baby any day didn't want to be bothering with it after she was born. The crew that did the install work was really nice, in and out in a morning (which was waaaaay faster than I thought it would be) and everything about it was clean and easy. They even left some extra parts so I could make small changes after we settled in if I wanted, to make it even more flexibile. The shelves themselves are super sturdy and look elegant. Great fit too. Brad had said "you're going to wonder how you made it work without these once you get them installed" and he was totally right. If you're on the fence about getting custom closets, trust me, its worth it. It feels like our small Chicago shotgun condo has so much more space now. Everything is in its right place. The double hang for clothes in our bedroom closet fits so many more items, and the shelves and hamper and tie rack and valet rod are just awesome to have. The nursery has more than enough space for now, with plenty to grow into. The office holds all my music equipment, shows it off elegantly, and fits everything we needed to get in there and more now. We even left the doors off of the bedroom and office closets to show off, that's how nice it looks, and it makes the rooms seem bigger overall. We just redid our master closet and called a couple companies for estimates and drawings of how to best utilize the space. Not only was Perfection Closets price MUCH more reasonable than the other companies, their design was far superior. Brad was very accommodating, a pleasure to work with, and always available to answer questions. Mike the installer did great work and was willing to make any changes i asked for. Perfection Closets did two closets for us and they were FANTASTIC! They knew that our situation had a lot of urgency, so they completed the drawings/estimates the very next day. The guy that came to install the closets was super friendly and professional. He finished ahead of schedule and was conscious about cleaning up too. When he realized that a part was missing, he called for another guy to deliver the missing part right away, even though there was a snow storm that day. Brad's design was the most creative and offered the best use of space. Plus he made some suggestions as to how I could better organize things. The primary installer, Greg, was very professional and thorough. I love it when workers clean up after themselves!! Since there were some parts that came in later, another installer, Dave, came back to finish. He, too, was terrific. I investigated and received detailed estimates from three different closet companies. Perfection was a little more than one of the companies but I felt the quality of the product was worth it. Brad measured the space twice, once before the renovation and once after it was completed to ensure the measurements were accurate. His designs were just what I wanted! The installation person was excellent, efficient, fast, courteous, and accurate. There was one little issue with a granite counter top, but Brad worked hard to quickly rectify the situation. I have dealt with Perfection Countertops for over 25 years and have recently been disappointed for the very first time primarily due to their their lack of customer service and followup. I am a small contractor and recently had them fabricate some countertops for a client of mine. The tops themselves turned out beautiful but after installation, I noticed an area of caulk that had not been completely filled in. I called Carol on three different occasions and was promised that their installers would call and return to handle this problem for me as the unit was ready to rent. The last time we spoke I felt as if Carol expected me to caulk this area even though I had no idea what the installers used for color. That was months ago and I've since had to hire an expert, at additional cost of $ 50.00 to get this caulking done. Perfection's prices were about $ 130.00 higher than competitors but I chose them anyways based on past performance but was really let down this time. Last, but not least, they ran the final credit card payment through without my knowledge and before my client could inspect the job. I can remember working with Perfection when they made their own tops but I believe that they now outsource the fabrication and installation which may be the reason for followup. Considering the additional $ 180.00 spent and the lack of customer care I would probably not deal with them in the future. read more

I recently had a small Kitchen countertop and sink delivered and "installed". The guy..one guy, arrived with the countertop and needed help (me) to put it in. The sink never made it with the order. so I waited another 2 weeks for that to arrive. When that finally got there it didn't fit and Carol and her guy kept telling me they would come back to adjust/sand the top. He/they never showed. So ultimately my plumber and I end up cutting/sanding the top to adjust for the sink at which point they charge me off my card for more than the amount we agreed on. They are called Perfection countertops. I suppose the perfection applies in the instance where you are pretty good at re-cutting a top for a standard sink that they screwed up the fit for. What a fiasco..never again. read more

We called two well known companies out for estimates on our closets. We then saw a Perfection Closets truck driving down the road, we quickly called for a quote. We were delighted with their quick response, when a friendly girl called and set up a consultation for the next day! She arrived with pictures on her iPad of work she had done and some things she could do. She gave us a brochure with more ideas we could review later. We then walked her through the house and showed her the closets. She measured, took notes and asked us several questions about our needs, clothing, shoes, purses, etc. She was so thorough, I was impressed how well she new her way around a closet. We chose colors, handles and drawer styles. We looked at tie hooks and she set up another meeting with us to show us the designs. All I can say is wow. Not only were Carrie's designs far superior to any of the bigger name-well known companies, we felt like she designed them with such thought of our personally needs. I thought with all this special attention, the price would be higher than our other bids, to our surprise it was not, even though we would of understood if it was since she gave us so much more. We saved over $2,000. We had our installation complete and we are thrilled with the finished product. The installers were also very polite and skilled. Thumbs up to this company. We began remodeling our home six weeks ago and the closet doors needed to be replaced. What began as a simple door replacement ended up being a closet redo.
