So we treated ourselves. We are new to this area and decided to try out Perfection Nail Spa V. Front desk assistant was amazing when I called for the appointments since there were three of us all wanting different things. We arrived and checked in and were immediately brought back for our pedicures. I hate pedicures. I have not had one in forever due to just not liking having my feet touched. These techs were amazing from start to finish. The seats are comfortable, the water always warm, everything is sanitized, care is taken, and above all the service is personalized (within reason). I did not feel rushed or like I was being judged at all for my very non-pedicured feet. So as I said we went all out and treated ourselves and it was amazing. First and foremost, the salon is absolutely stunning and incredibly comfortable. The pricing is unbeatable in Western New York, and I've tried more salons than I can count! My boyfriend and I both had services from different technicians. It was evident that the woman working on him prioritized taking his time to ensure he didn't have to wait. He couldn't stop raving about how relaxing and how amazing his feet and hands felt afterward. My full set and French tips are incredible and incredibly strong. I got a pedicure here after another place nearby could not find my appointment. I was very happy that they could take me quickly. it's a beautiful and clean salon. They did a great job with the pedicure ( I got the spa lavender pedicure). all of the instrument were Santorini's, the pedicure cowls were lined, and the worker would check in about the temperature of water, hot towels, and hot stones which was appreciated. At times, I find pedicures can be too rough, but this one was not and I am very happy with the results. All staff were friendly and helpful, I will be back again! read more

This is the place to go! The women at the front desk, AMAZING she's super friendly, and professional. Everyone that works there seems super nice as well. My technician Danny killed it, again super friendly and nice and definitely knew what he was doing. They didn't have the product I wanted for my design and he helped me pick something new and tried out different colors and designs on a test nail first. Tina was hands down the absolute best! I have never had such an incredible pedicure. She was so attentive, detailed, and made the entire experience so relaxing from start to finish. This was my second time visiting. I did not have Kimmie and this tech did not seem very sure of himself. I agree with the other reviewer the upcharges were insane. They charge extra for a cut down??!!! No ne tells you above the upcharge until you checkout.Give me a break. Isn't that one of the reasons why you get your nails done in the first place?
