This location is only about 5 minutes from my home, and I'm so glad my brother-in-law recommended them! From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with smiles, a friendly acknowledgment, or even just a quick "we'll be right with you." It may seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. There's nothing worse than walking into a business and feeling invisible. You definitely won't get that at Perfection Tire! Their customer service earns an A+ from the second you arrive. One of my favorite perks is that they'll even give you a ride home if you live nearby and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. Talk about a win-win! They also rotate your tires for free during service and never try to upsell you on things you don't need, which I really appreciate. They also did an excellent job on my husband's wheel alignment. His vehicle drives great, and it gave us even more confidence in the quality of their work. The only small hiccup was that after they cleaned my air filter, the dashboard notification wasn't reset. Since they're so close to my house, I'll just swing by and have them take care of it--no big deal at all. Their prices are also very reasonable. My husband recently had his vehicle serviced somewhere closer to his work, and it ended up costing more. They even charged extra to rotate his tires! Not reputable. Bring your vehicle elsewhere and don't fall for the song and dance that you may get about all of the things that need to be fixed on your vehicle. My folks brought their car into Perfection Tire after hitting a curb and wanted to get the alignment checked for their vehicle. After the people at Perfection Tire looked over the car, my parents were advised that not only did they need an alignment, but that they had bent one of the tie rods on the car and needed new struts. Additionally, that since they'd be replacing one tie rod it is highly advisable to replace the tie rod for the opposite side as well. They were quoted just under $1000 for the work and thankfully they decided to get a 2nd opinion. The place that installed their new tires had recommended another place nearby, so they made an appointment with the 'other place.' They looked over every issue that was reported (alignment, tie rods, struts) and reported back to my folks that there was nothing wrong with the tie rods, the struts were perfectly fine, nor was it out of alignment! My dad reminded them of the circumstances and they once again assured my parents that no work was needed on the car. CAVEAT EMPTOR! Our family's experience is that Perfection Tire is not trustworthy and will attempt to make a sale by making-up issues to be repaired. read more

I took my car get my tires balanced and rotated. This is my first rotation on my new tires. Immediately, after they balanced and rotated, I noticed a slight pulling to the left. I decided to drive it home and called the following day. This is where the complaint is: I shared what was going on over the phone. I was told they could swap my front tires. When I asked if they could check and rebalance I was told, they could do a front end alignment and something else I didn't catch. I ask can if they could re-balance and he said I don't think that's the problem. I asked, if they will stand behind their work and just rebalance? He stated there's no reason for me to get an attitude and if so I'm not going be able to help you. What the heck just happened???? Good customer service would say bring it back and let us check it out and let you know what we find!! Have they lost their minds..,America has gone to shit including tire service. As a female, I feel I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about and my request was without merit. I will not bring my car back to this business even after paying them. I would rather pay someone else to do the job and receive better customer service. Horrible customer service, it seem as though they are after more money, instead of giving customer satisfaction and doing the next right thing. read more

I brought my car in to have the brakes checked and why I couldn't charge my cell phone on a Thursday. I was told they needed a couple of days which I was ok with. On the following Tuesday I called and was told the mechanic was pulling it in that morning and they would call that afternoon. I didn't receive call so I went over there Wednesday and it was sitting up front and no one knew if if had been checked of not. The part owner Sean I could be misspelling his name wrong, was at a meeting. Unfortunately I went off and I'm sorry about that but it was there almost a week. I told them that I was going to get the car whether it was done or not. About an hour later Adam was at my door with my car apologizing saying it was completed and it was a fuse, my brakes were ok and no charge. It was ready when I was there but not communicated. I think they are a good facility but just get really busy. I would return with my cars. I only gave 4* because of the length if time not due to their workmanship. read more

Perfection tire has been great. First time I went to them I had a nail in my truck tire and they fixed it free of charge. So a few months later I needed new tires for my car and went to them because they treated me good. Well today I needed to check the brakes on my truck and couldn't get the lug nuts off so went down there just to see if they could loosen the lug nuts for me and they did a brake check for me for free. Took my daughter's fiancee's car there for a squealing noise coming from the engine only when it was in Drive or reverse. They said it was a pulley that needed to be replaced but that's not where the noise was coming from. They proceeded to replace $240 worth of parts and when we drove it home 3 miles away it was still making the noise. They couldn't look at it again for a week and after having it for over 24 hours said they couldn't make it make the noise. Well I'm here again in front of the car and it's making the noise! They replaced unnecessary parts and charged us and it's still not right. They wouldn't refund the money so we basically paid for something we did NOT need. I understand a diagnostic fee but they only gave back $40 and said come in for a free oil change. Sorry... we won't be coming back for that since we already paid for nothing! read more

I have a family member who recently purchased some tires from another business (Costco) and decided to get an alignment at Perfection Tire in Middleton, Idaho. Once the proprietor of Perfection Tire saw that the tires on the vehicle were not purchased through them, they said they would not give the vehicle an alignment. I am spreading the word about this. If you go to Les Schwab or Big O or for that matter fill in the business, they would NEVER turn away a paying customer who did not purchase the tires at their organization for something as simple as an alignment. I am recommending that people do not use this business. I am usually a believer in using local businesses, but not this one. read more

Perfection Tire was....well...perfect! I had a flat tire about two miles from their shop. They sent someone out to pump air in my tire so I could follow him back to the shop. Once there, I sat in their very-nice, air conditioned lobby and enjoyed a free coffee while they found the screw in my tire and patched it. Best part of all.....they wouldn't let me pay them. This is almost unheard of in this day and age. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone for any automotive issue you might have. read more

I brought in my Nissan because it was hard starting and running rough. They said it needed an engine compression check, a tuneup, and a fuel leak repair. $767.01 later, I drove off with it running EXACTLY the same. After a short debate with the shop manager, I returned it to them and they checked it out and basically gave me a bunch of shuck and jive on what the problem could be. I am not saying that they are dishonest, but I found them to be very inept. read more

I went to Perfection Tire for a clutch job a little over a year ago. I told them even before I drove out of the parking lot that there was an issue with the clutch and it was not working properly. They told me they put brand new parts in it and everything is fine. So I leave. Less than a week later I am back again telling them I cannot shift my pickup after it heats up, and that is dangerous to drive in traffic, and I want it fixed. They then tell me my master cylinder is leaking and needs to be replaced. I tell them ok and have them replace that. I get a call telling me my pickup is done and again when I get in and get ready to leave I cannot get my truck in reverse. I tell them I still cannot shift it. Someone comes out and tells me its fine. So I leave. About a week or so later I take my pickup to 2 different mechanics in one day and BOTH of them tell me that the issue is my clutch, and that there is no pressure behind it. With the help of one of my friends I was able to pinpoint that the issue was with the pressure plate. The parts and labor were still under warranty and they did do another clutch job at no cost to me, but not before they talked down to me, and trying to tell me I was riding my clutch. I had to bring someone of the male gender before they would fix the problem. A couple months after this I changed out my fuel filter and it was leaking and I asked them if they could take a look and fix it. When they told me the time and price it was going to cost me, I told them to let me call my other shop first. Needless to say I went to my other shop, it took them less than 5 minutes to get me in and out and they didn't even charge me. I WILL NEVER USE PERFECTION TIRE AGAIN. They are only good for tires, thats it. read more
