It's OK. Pricing is in and standard with most coffee shops. I thought food was little overpriced for taste. Bakery section was to me a good value and very taste. Atmosphere: From the outside, it looks like a tiny hole in the wall, but once you step foot onto the patio, you'd realize you've been transformed into this adorable, tranquility space. They have both open air patio and fully cover patio that's perfect even when the weather outside is a little chili. There are even toys and kids book for the little ones in their cover patio. 1 star Customer service: Jaimie, the owner, is one of the most personal and interesting person you'd ever meet. The very first week that I started coming here consistently, I was so surprised when I CALLED, not even ordering in person, to order my usual Dolomitti for the 3rd time in a row, she immediately recognized my voice on the phone and knew my usual preference of coffee ice cubes in my drinks. I soon became the "Dolomitti lady" lol. It still amazes me how she can remember that given all the customers she gets each day. 1 star Quality of coffee/drinks/food: One of the reasons I can't help but keep coming back to Perfetto is the wide range of food and pastry goods that they have to offer. I try not to drink coffee first thing in the morning, knowing it would turn into a very effective laxative. It's definitely a huge bonus that not only does Perfetto offer plenty of sandwiches/paninis/salad options, but they're one of the best I have had. My go to every time is the Tuscany panini. They use sourdough bread from Grover Beach Sourdough, which cannot get better than that. The bread is perfectly pressed and toasted with the perfect crunch and cheese pull. Besides, it's a given that I love the coffee here to keep coming back and ordering the same thing. 2 stars! I don't think I've ever gotten a hot drinks from here, so I can't personally tell if they do latte art or not. However, when the drinks and the food are too good, I could care less about the latte art and keep coming back here at least once or twice a week. 1 star If you're in the area or just passing by, I highly recommend checking out this place. Plus it's conveniently located just right off of 101. So no reason not to. I just wish they stay open later and all 7 days a week! This is a charming little spot tucked away off a busy street and set up like a little oasis. I stopped in to pick up a coffee for a friend, but the paninis looked mouth watering. I talked to a diner and she said they were absolutely delicious, so I will definitely be stopping back by for a bite! There was a little bit of a wait when I arrived, but the friendly staff added some fun banter to compensate. The mocha was delicious and the ambiance at this hidden gem is wonderful. I had been wanted to go to Perfetto with my girlfriends on Monday but they are closed. So I took my husband on a Saturday for breakfast. I had their burrito special with bacon, cheese, hash browns (just a little) that was pressed like a Panini. It came with a mild sauce. My husband had the panini with bacon. I think we like food with a little more flavor. We both had medium coffee, refill was 50 cents. We both liked what we got and ate everything. It was on the cold side and you have to sit outside. I had to keep my coat on and I hate to eat with a coat on. Also there were a couple of big dogs running around chasing a ball. I love animals but not when I'm eating. So for me it wasn't very relaxful. Maybe I would come back just for coffee with the girls. Service was fine and prices reasonable. read more

First timer and it was a treat! FOOD: I ordered a Venezia sando and added bacon to it because why not? The sandwich was simple yet so so good. That fresh slices of mozzarella were so good and creamy and the added bacon gave the sandwich that texture! The crunch was everything. Must get it with bacon! So so good. Might recommend for them to toast the bread just a little for added crunch texture. I will keep coming back for that sandwich. I also ordered a banana foster specialty iced coffee with whole milk. I am so glad that the banana syrup taste was not overpowering and neither was the sweetness of it. The coffee taste was there nice and strong. The milk was perfectly balanced in between. I loved it! SERVICE: I thought the service was great despite the owner training a new employee. I was acknowledged right away which I love to see in places or at least a "we'll be right with you" when they're busy because it really makes a difference to the experience. It was not too busy. I received my order in a decent amount of time. Welcoming and super personable staff especially the owner. AMBIANCE: Super cute little area even when it's off a side of a creek! Not too loud when I came to visit but it is still next to a freeway so you definitely can hear a lot of car noises although they have set up a tent to help provide shade and lessen the traffic noise. They also have a cute little bridge patio area that's quite instagrammable while enjoying your coffee, sandwiches or sweet treats. They do offer wifi as well so perfect for getting some homework, paperwork or some reading done. Plenty of seats available inside the tent and outside by the creek. I am definitely coming back to try the other sandwiches and breakfast items along with their other coffee options. I would definitely recommend this place a try! Support local! read more

I sometimes wonder the background of reviewers, their experience and standards. This place was dirty, dusty and very loud being right next to the freeway. There were some almost dead potted plants around. Chairs that were falling apart or the paint was coming off. The freeway was the "view". I must have missed the morning rush as there was only a muffin as a choice for food (made by another business). Since I don't drink coffee I can't speak to that. All three of us said we would never patronize again. So, how did they get 5 star reviews? The best thing about this place is dogs are welcome. read more

It's my favorite hidden gem to grab coffee and a scone in the mornings. The staff is delightful. I love the owners, Jamie and Brian. They are so welcoming to me and my pup. Their coffee is perfection. I enjoy their patio area that has plenty of room for their guests to sit, relax and hang out with friends. Jamie is full of life and I consider a goddess as she has the biggest heart and does so much for the community. Jamie creates these delicious meals, especially around Thanksgiving. I wanted to enjoy this place. The guy with the pony tail hair that was working took my order. He said he had 3 orders ahead of me which was fine and I had no problem with the proce of the sandwiches. The place was not overwhelmingly busy, just steady. After 60 minutes of waiting, my order still had not came out. I went to ask how much longer and he said I was next. 2 women came to sit down 40 minutes after I had placed my order. They received their food and drink within 15 minutes and had finished their food all while I am still waiting for my order. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, no drinks either. Sandwiches were made sloppy and very mediocre. Unfortunately this will be my only and last visit here. On top of that, one of the sandwiches I ordered was the Crudo, the sandwich description says it has prosciutto as the meat and I received bacon strips instead in my sandwich. Very unfortunate experience here arriving at 11:35 am and not receiving my food until 12:55 pm. read more

Perfetto Caffe has always been such a great representation of the friendly and generous community of Grover Beach. I live around the corner from this place and come often. The owners are clearly passionate about what they're doing. Everything they make is quality ingredients. They take excellent care of their space and their customers. They are just genuinely wonderful people who put their all into their craft and give back to their community too. My Italian SIL came to visit and I knew I had to bring her here for the best coffee (being from Italy, she is quite particular about her food and drink) and she loved all of it! They are near the freeway but you can't see it from the cafe at all, you can hear it a bit but its really not that bad, definitely not enough to ruin the vibe. They also have a cute little kids area which is a plus for me as a mom with a special needs son. Jamie was so kind when I brought him in, she sat down and played dominoes with him and he had such a great time. They even helped collect money and supplies for the victims of the LA fire last year. Oh dear. I was excited to try a real cappuccino without having to go to Italy. Perfetto sounded, well, perfect. I so wanted it to be good and be a nice hang-out in a locally owned business. Ma non è perfetto. The first sip was barely lukewarm, and there was far more milk than coffee. Of course, being served in a foam cup was less than Italian, too. If it's going to be an Italian coffee place, it should have a little more finesse. And good coffee. Sigh. We tossed our full cups and went home disappointed. read more

Finally tried Perfetto for the first time last week, and I loved it!! I tried their gingerbread cookie latte and it was SO good - not overly sweet, really smooth and easy to chug . I also grabbed a hot cocoa - even though it was for my little one, I had a sip lol and it was delicious!!! It was also lovely to meet the owners! Such down to earth and genuinely kind people! We were on our way back from Paso Robles and wanted a coffee shop right off the freeway. And we found this amazing gem! Perfectto Caffe is a must try if you are ever in the area. The owners were there training new employees when we can in and everyone was so nice and easy to talk to. The owners really knew there coffee beans, we bought 2 different types of espresso beans based on if we were going to use them for a latte vs americano. We also got a panini and it was delicious. The caffe is small but it has a large outdoor area with Wi-Fi. We will definitely make this a pit stop from here on out when are going to Paso! read more

Cute spot. Weird inedible experience. Asked for oatmilk 3 times, they agreed, said it back to me. Handed me the 2 cups and I said ("this one is the oatmilk?" (The other cup was reg whole milk") they said "yes, this one is oatmilk. Great, thanks! Got in the car, started driving, drank some- tasted off. Looked at cup and it said in sharpie almondmilk!
