Got a call from Remi, he said the brakes were fine, they didn't need changing! He had already changed my oil, and my car was ready! Most other shops would have taken advantage of the opportunity and changed the brakes, not Remi! He explained what I was hearing (normal brake sounds)! He checked my entire car - tires, fluids, suspension, muffler, and told me the car was in great shape! I didn't need anything but an oil change! Great job Remi! Great work, good prices and HONESTY! I go inside and tell them I have an appointment for 8am oil change and they tell me it's a 3 hour wait because it's first come first serve. I then ask what's the point of making an appointment? He looks completely dumbfounded and responds "to be honest... I don't know." I remember that I checked in online and ask if I checked in online would that not mean that I'm ahead of some of these "walk in"? He then tells me that the car was not physically here and some of these people were here since 7am and that Saturday is their busiest day. I ask him "since I already prepaid for multiple oil changes... can I transfer them/use them at a different dealership?" He immediately responds no... but after looking it up on the computer finds out that I in fact can use it at a different dodge dealer. I call DuPage Dodge and ask them how long is the wait for an oil change and the nice lady tells me typically an hour- hour 15. She said but I'd have to make an appointment. I explained what just happened and she said no, it's appointment only. I made an appointment for the same day at 10:15 am with no problems. I will never be returning to Hawk even though it's only 5 mins from my house... I'd rather drive to DuPage!

Body Works on Grand, Inc. then wanted to charge me for repairs made without authorization from my insurance company or myself owner of the vehicle. After I informed the manager/owner that I had contacted my lawyer, he started yelling at me over the phone and threatened me with his lawyer, but then after all that he wanted to give me parts for free after I requested that new parts be removed because they were installed without my permission. He then spread lies about me owing him $1800 for the free parts he willingly wanted to give me. The entire conversation was recorded for evidence because I already suspected this company is shady and does not do business to satisfy its customers. I do not recommend using this company, particularly if you require minor repairs and want a quick turnaround that does not exceed your rental period.

They provide good customer service and excellent work. The type that maks you forget your car was damaged to begin with. I had the misfortune of needing a body Shop once again. But this time, I knew where to go. I met Bill (the general manager) a few years back when I was looking for a body shop to repair an unsatisfactory job done by another shop that eased recommended by the insurance company. Needless to said, I was very satisfied with their work, hence the reason I returned. This time was a minor rear end collision. Once again, Body Works on Grand handled it beautifully. Including dealing with the  reluctant insurance company. Eventhough it was a small job, the car was detailed in its entirety (washed inside and out) and even the engine. Should you have the misfortune of needing a body shop, give them a try, there is a good chance it will become the body shop of your choice, as it is mine.

However I have continued to have the same exact problem and have now brought it to the dealer only to find that my car was completely mis diagnosed and the booster was never the problem. When I called frank to discuss and asked for a quote, he never bothered to call me back. 3x I left a message ... no response. 1600 I paid to frank and now I just paid 3700 to the dealer to actually fix the original problem.
