After coming back from the Silverton train ride around 230pm on a Friday, I tried to start my car and it just wouldn't give. After calling around all the local shops, everyone basically told me nothing is open on weekends and they were booked till earliest mid week of the following week. When I called Durango Car Care, I told them my situation and they told me they'd try and look at it if I got there before they close but no guarantees they would be able to fix it on time. AAA came around 4pm and got me to the shop around 430pm. The guys stopped what they were working on and tried to troubleshoot my car. After about 15 minutes, they got it working again!!! They didn't have to do any of that! This literally brought my faith back in humanity! The kindest guys and angels to me that day!! I am so so thankful to them and my AAA guy Daylon. I called last week to schedule an appointment for an oil change on my 2018 Ram 3500. The guy that…read moreanswered the phone quoted $65-125 for an oil change on my diesel truck so I booked an appointment for today. I knew $65 wasn't accurate but $125 was reasonable seeing that Ram charges $130 but couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I went to the appointment this morning & the guy checking me in told me that it would be $245 for the oil change. I'm not sure what there labor rate is but I've never heard of a $245 oil change. On my way home I stopped at the Marathon gas station next to Ford & they did the oil change in under 10 minutes for $99. They were super nice & did a great job. Obviously you couldn't pay me to go back to America's Auto & Tire ever again!
