BUYER BEWARE!!! Performance Lincoln Bountiful is selling used vehicles as new. Performance Lincoln Bountiful intentionally deceived and sold us a vehicle under false pretenses. During the buying process, we learned that the vehicle we were interested in had 1,300 miles. Prior to selecting this vehicle and signing the paperwork, we asked for assurance that the vehicle was considered new and that the warranty would start on the date of our purchase. We were assured of these two facts by the salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager. Otherwise, we would not have purchased the vehicle, as we explained multiple times to everyone we worked with at the dealership. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, we noticed that our account showed the vehicle's warranty start date was almost a year prior to our purchase date. We immediately contacted the dealership to bring this to their attention. Over the next few weeks, we were assured again and again in writing that the warranty would start from our date of purchase, and at one point we were told that it had in fact been updated. However, that turned out to be lie. Several weeks later, we received a text from our salesperson stating that the vehicle was used internally, so the warranty started before our purchase. As you can imagine, we were shocked and amazed to learn this news. The dealership has since stopped all communication with us regarding this matter. In my continued efforts to get this resolved, I've contacted Jim Farley (CEO of Ford) and Dianne Craig (President of Lincoln) in hopes that they will do the right thing and resolve this expeditiously. We received one call from the executive office admitting that the dealership should have disclosed the truth about the warranty information, as well as deeply discounted the vehicle to compensate. Clearly neither of these occurred. As of the date of this review there has been no resolution. I will be alerting as many people as possible to the deceptive practices of this dealership to hopefully prevent someone else from having to go through this experience. Update **** Go see Charles and Royce! As you can see below my visit didn't start off great! Bill the GM reaches out personally and made the situation right. He set me up with Royce and Charles that made for a great car buying experience. These guys have a calm demeanor, sweat the details and are on your side! Thanks for making things right and getting me into a great car! I went in with a pre approval not perfect credit, and was set up with a fast talking salesman Don. The experience with this salesman was very overwhelming. Not being experienced car buyers my wife and I asked him to slow it down several times. After running through the credit process, he came back speaking very loudly about our credit and trying to sell us on a bunch of interest. My wife got frustrated as we were limited on time and walked to the car. Not knowing I was speaking to a finance guy he walked up to the desk complaining about my wife calling her a snotty little bitch. I have yet to speak to the branch manager to resolve. I will be following up, as of now I would not recommend visiting this location. The management team did not get involved to make it right with me... and allowed me to leave frustrated and disappointed. I would give negative stars if it were an option read more

"I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted." First off, Mitchell and Mohamed were a joy to work with. Mohamed did a fantastic job of taking us on the test drive and sitting with us while we were in the wolf's den. Once it was time to talk prices, our experience was subpar. We told the sales manager Jera that we didnt care about payments (I was already pre-approved and KNEW what my payment would be) and we wanted to see the final price. First thing he does is come back with only the MSRP and payments, like he didnt even listen to what we said. Jera was extremely condescending and rather unprofessional, chewing gum the entire time working with us. We were set on a price that we would not go above. Jera informed us that they couldn't meet us where we wanted. It was only after leaving that we received a call from Mitch who talked to another sales manager, four hours later explaining that they would sell for our price; only an offer for that day. We went back on signed the papers for the perfect deal and couldn't be happier. Overall we would recommend both Mitch and Mohamed to anyone looking for a new car, but when it comes to talk number ask for a different sales manager. read more

Easiest purchase I've ever made! I called in a few days ago and talked to Mitch.. I explained to him exactly what I wanted and asked him if he could get me approved over the phone. I've had some not so great experiences with other dealers and really did not want to go in. I did almost everything over the phone in a matter of minutes. I went in the next morning and he had a few trucks pulled up front and met me outside. He was not pushy at all and I went on a test drive. Later that day, I went in to sign the papers. I met with their finance guy Ghassan Daoud and right away it was like I was talking to my best friend. I know that sounds cheesy but it true! And he smelled amazing! Anyway, he went over all the numbers and everything was exactly what they told me earlier. No extra fees or anything. They had it all cleaned, fueled and I was out of there in 30 minutes. I purchased a 2021 Ford Expedition from Performance Ford in May of 2023. While driving home, my side view mirror cover flew off. Upon further inspection, it appeared that the cover had previous damage on the inside with the clips used to attach the mirror being broken. I tried several times to contact them and several managers swore they would take care of it and replace the cover, even going as far to say they ordered the part and would ship it to me. Then they stopped answering my calls and I can't get ahold of anyone to remedy this situation. Extremely disappointed that I spend a considerable amount of money on a car only to have a damaged side view mirror and now I am out the cost to replace it. I would not recommend purchasing from here as they do not hold up their word to ensure a seamless transaction. read more

I took my Ford Focus to their service department recently. I was completely satisfied with their service. my vehicle was fixed quickly and correctly. I've taken my vehicle here for multiple recalls (Ford Focus crappy transmission and door latch issues) and out of any shop I've taken my car to, this is the first one that I didn't need to take my car right back within a week to fix my issues again. I would definitely recommend going here for any of your troubles with your vehicle. Also my service rep -Tony Lowe- was great. he scheduled my appointment right in and made sure I was updated. He also called right when my car was ready so I could make time to go get it. once my car was done he pulled it around to the entrance I came in for me so I didn't have to walk in the cold. I went to Performance for a recall issue on my car. Performance set a prompt appointment when I called. Once I was at the shop, the recall issue was resolved at no charge. I was offered a free car wash which I accepted. A complimentary multi-point inspection was performed. Upon completion of the repair, there was no false premise about other items on my vehicle needing repair (some service shops do that). I was set on my way with zero hassles. Performance's waiting area is nicely appointed with free soda and hot drinks machines as well as a popcorn and other snacks. The waiting room restroom is clean and well-stocked. Andy Z. was incredibly helpful. I brought my Taurus in after a day's worth of the "check charging system" light being displayed. While I didn't have an appointment, Andy was able to get my car in for service and said the car would be done by the day's end. I was very happy with the service from the Performance Ford crew. Andy was great about leaving me car update voicemails (I went to work and can't carry my phone with me while there). The car was done by the end of the day, but since I couldn't pick it up until the next morning, Andy assured me I could pick it up the next morning without problem. Thanks, Andy & Performance Ford! I had my best car buying experience at Performance Ford. Sales Manager Chris Krambeer listened to what I was looking for, and (for my outlined budget) I ended up in a better truck than I expected. I had recently passed on two potential online purchases because of deceptive practices used by other dealers. My wife and I stopped at Performance Lincoln/ Ford to look at a Mustang we had seen on-line. We saw the advertised car and several other similarly priced and decided on one of the same year but in better condition and with much fewer miles. The experience was relaxed and without pressure to buy. Devon Dillenburg, Dallin Livingston and Gage Brinkman were all personable and respectful of our wishes. We decided to purchase the used Mustang of our choice, and were they able to meet the limitations of our budget. We love the car and recommend the sales team we dealt with. Great work and a bigger problem avoided. Andy explained my break issues thoroughly, and they actually caught a brake issue that I didn't know I had. Could have been big trouble as I was heading out to the Uintas that next weekend with a heavy trailer. Brake pad was stuck and had grinded my rotor down to almost nothing...but only on one side. Inspection folks missed it where I take my diesel to get yearly inspection, emissions and registration (they only check one side for safety inspection). Purchased a Ford F-350 from these guys with a set of custom rims and tires in 2017. In July of 19 found out that the tires did not meet load requirements for the truck. I took it to the service dept and spoke with Carlos. He really went to bat for me and got management to replace all the tires to meet load requirements. Carlos took personal responsibility to get this done. Very happy with him and the outcome of what could have been a very bad situation. read more

If my car ends up needing more attention than I had thought, or if it ends up needing to stay in the shop longer than anticipated, Ryan always calls to keep me updated and to ask if there is anything he can do to make it easier on me. It was so worth the drive and was a very pleasant experience. They had everything done in less than 2 hours and have a very comfortable waiting room.
