He answered all my questions with patience and humor, helped me choose hearing aids that sound natural and work well in noisy places, and made sure they'll handle future hearing changes. The clear custom ear molds he recommended noticeably improved what I hear. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My four office appointments ran on time. Their parking lot is free. I came to Alpha Hearing . They made a mold in both ears. I paid over 7,000 for the hearing aid . I was devasated. I realized that the reason the hearing aid kept falling out was because the mold was too short. Come to find out later that it was the office manger, Racelle who put the mold in my ear. Estella, who is the only real tec. did the second mold . She had to know that it was their mistake. This time Estella made the mold. She knew that Rechelle was not leagaly suppose to make the mold. I should not have had to pay for their mistake. It ended up costing me 14,000$ for hearing aids. I had to pay 7,000$ for each hearing aid. Another issue I had with Alpha Hearing aid was just a couple of weeks ago one haring ais quit working so I took it back to alpha for repair. While I was waiting for the left hearing aid, I was wearing only one ear and my eqilibrium was making me dizzy. It was over a week, so I called and they had it, finally. I wanted to come in and pick it up but she booked up. I was so agravated, I got a Lift and came in and demandd to get the hearing aid. It was just sitting there so I picked it up and left. I would'nt recomend this place to my worst emeny.

When something doesn't make sense, Dr Levyim just can't let it go. Twice, Dr. Levyim referred us to other specialists who gave our child a clean bill of health and twice Dr. Levyim told us "something just isn't right." On the third try Dr. Levyim referred us to a specialist who found an easily corrected fatal birth defect in less than 10 minutes. Why, because this 100% lethal birth defect is this doctor's specialty. So while we owe our daughter's life to the specialist, we owe our daughter's life a 100 times more to Dr. Levyim... because, if it wasn't for her, we would have convinced ourselves all the other doctors were right and we were being paranoid. If it wasn't for Dr. Levyim we never would have been referred to subspecialist after subspecialist until we found the one familiar with our daughter's congenital condition. We first went to Kaiser, but everyone was busy and when we finally got to talk, it felt like they didn't care about what we wanted to talk about and just cared to persuade us to make further appointments even if it should be clear that consistency would be much better, considering the fact that appointments were given every four to six weeks, and most of tu times, within school hours or not in person like we preferred. After Kaiser we went to Facey for recommendations, and it was the same thing as Kaiser. At once, we decided on One Heart and we were greeted by Sheila, she was very kind and considerate, and this of course, made me hopeful that the service here would be satisfying. Within a short amount of time, Alejandra came to meet us, and she brought my daughter into her office. One detail I appreciate is that clients are able to choose the room where they feel most comfortable having their session. Upon first speaking with Alejandra, I felt satisfied with the service, you can tell that she is passionate about what she does, and that she wants for clients to be satisfied, as well as to help them with change. My husband even confirmed with them when he was at the office for his appointment. After the visit, we got a large surprise bill. We contacted the office and asked to speak with a manager, explaining the situation. We were willing to pay a portion of the bill, but not the full amount because the error was theirs. They never followed up, never called us back. That kind of service shows a total lack of responsibility. Definitely would not recommend this place.
