I met with Dr. Rabinowitz for the first time, and he was extremely professional with an excellent bedside manner. Stephanie at the front desk is always so kind and consistently provides outstanding customer service. I had a great experience at the Colvard-Kandavel Eye Center to which I was referred out of caution…read moreby my regular Optometrist. I was very impressed by all the machines that were used to check my eyes. The last time I had tests such as these I was a little kid and it was much different, these machines have definitely improved and give amazing quality images. I was assisted through all the machines by Joseph who was very knowledgeable and explained everything as we went. I then met with Dr. Justin Dredge who reviewed the results and took further look in my eyes after dilating them. He too was very helpful in explaining things and answering all my questions. I feel very relieved that my testing showed no problems at this time. Right now their offices are under construction so it feels like a maze, but despite this all staff remain friendly and in good spirits. The space is very spacious and there is plenty of space in the waiting rooms. There is a large parking lot with valet, however Balboa does have free parking. When I was following the GPS it took me to the physician entrance, so I couldn't back up to the main entrance. Thankfully I found a spot further on Balboa street.

His explanations were so clear, and his compassion was so great, that I left thinking he was truly amazing. I was so grateful for his knowledge and demeanor.
