I have difficult-to-fit ear canals (narrow and twisted) so getting ear buds to fit into my ears was a challenge, but Arian was able to fit my ears perfectly. I still have difficulty inserting the aids in my ear canals but it is getting easier. I would totally urge anyone with any kind of hearing issue to visit Arian at Tarzana Hearing Center and be patient - hearing aids will take some getting used to but it will definitely be worth it! Unfortunately, the most disappointing part was the doctor's tone and attitude. When I tried to explain my symptoms and timeline, he repeatedly interrupted me and dismissed my explanation, even accusing me of being wrong about when my symptoms began. As a doctor, having empathy, patience, and understanding is essential--especially when dealing with patients in pain. I left the appointment feeling unheard, rushed, unresolved, and honestly taken advantage of given the amount I paid. To clarify, I did not personally schedule the appointment, a family member did, as I was in significant ear pain at the time. My family member was aware of the pricing before scheduling. I had a great experience at the Colvard-Kandavel Eye Center to which I was referred out of caution…read moreby my regular Optometrist. I was very impressed by all the machines that were used to check my eyes. The last time I had tests such as these I was a little kid and it was much different, these machines have definitely improved and give amazing quality images. I was assisted through all the machines by Joseph who was very knowledgeable and explained everything as we went. I then met with Dr. Justin Dredge who reviewed the results and took further look in my eyes after dilating them. He too was very helpful in explaining things and answering all my questions. I feel very relieved that my testing showed no problems at this time. Right now their offices are under construction so it feels like a maze, but despite this all staff remain friendly and in good spirits. The space is very spacious and there is plenty of space in the waiting rooms. There is a large parking lot with valet, however Balboa does have free parking. When I was following the GPS it took me to the physician entrance, so I couldn't back up to the main entrance. Thankfully I found a spot further on Balboa street.

Good enough I made an appointment for three weeks later to make sure the result will be there. I took my mother to her doctor and the result was not there I called and left a message when the old woman (patty)called me she said we got busy and we finish it today and fax it to her doctor. When I told her this is so unprofessional she yelled at me and said what do you want me to do and hung up on me. Doctor Piner is a nice man. He needs to look at his secretary the way she treat the patients better.
