He answered all my questions with patience and humor, helped me choose hearing aids that sound natural and work well in noisy places, and made sure they'll handle future hearing changes. The clear custom ear molds he recommended noticeably improved what I hear. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My four office appointments ran on time. Their parking lot is free. I came to Alpha Hearing . They made a mold in both ears. I paid over 7,000 for the hearing aid . I was devasated. I realized that the reason the hearing aid kept falling out was because the mold was too short. Come to find out later that it was the office manger, Racelle who put the mold in my ear. Estella, who is the only real tec. did the second mold . She had to know that it was their mistake. This time Estella made the mold. She knew that Rechelle was not leagaly suppose to make the mold. I should not have had to pay for their mistake. It ended up costing me 14,000$ for hearing aids. I had to pay 7,000$ for each hearing aid. Another issue I had with Alpha Hearing aid was just a couple of weeks ago one haring ais quit working so I took it back to alpha for repair. While I was waiting for the left hearing aid, I was wearing only one ear and my eqilibrium was making me dizzy. It was over a week, so I called and they had it, finally. I wanted to come in and pick it up but she booked up. I was so agravated, I got a Lift and came in and demandd to get the hearing aid. It was just sitting there so I picked it up and left. I resisted hearing aids for many years but Arian was patient and understanding, and showed me how much my life experience would be enhanced with better hearing. I have difficult-to-fit ear canals (narrow and twisted) so getting ear buds to fit into my ears was a challenge, but Arian was able to fit my ears perfectly. I still have difficulty inserting the aids in my ear canals but it is getting easier. I would totally urge anyone with any kind of hearing issue to visit Arian at Tarzana Hearing Center and be patient - hearing aids will take some getting used to but it will definitely be worth it! Arian and Sean made my mom's hearing aid test, purchase and fitting as easy as it could be -- and I don't think "hearing aid for mom" and "easy" ever go together! Mom is a great musician with a very discerning ear. We could not have done it without someone who knows their stuff or be delicate about it. They walked us through the whole ordeal professionally and KINDLY, making us feel immediately at home. They took great care in every adjustment and concern....and threw in few good stories from Arian to take the sting out of the process. What a little clarity can do for a relationship! After 30 minutes with the audiologist testing, she could not explain the amount of hearing loss or…read morethe results of the tests. Also, experienced incompetence by the office administrator. She said she would forward my results to my primary care physician so I could get authorization to see an ENT specialist. She failed to do so. I did not hear from my PCP so I called Sonus 2 weeks later and the admin confirmed it was not sent. This has delayed my visit to an ENT by at least two weeks because I'm scheduled to first visit, again, my PCP to get the authorization.

I wend to Alpha Hearing Aids in Northridge, they were super nice, cleaned ah replaced the broken rubber boot on my aids and gave me a 6 pack of new boots all for $5.00 They won my business. David Kahn
