The owner has been courteous and friendly. He explained what the job entailed and the materials that would be used. His assistant Wolfgang was great too. They did the roof in a day and did a good clean up job. Some of the siding had to be adjusted but so far does not seem like any thing major. There were a few issues with a few items that needed addressed but the owner addressed them quickly. I did find out that I had to get my satellite reinstalled because it was on my roof which was unknown to me but obvious when you think about it. Direct tv is going to charge me $49 to reinstall but I will deal with that with them. Overall, so far it has been a good job. One last item is the dumpster but it is the weekend. Thanks for a quick and tidy job. It is appreciated.

I called and they came out for free estimate on time and promptly after contacting them. Brought color samples, provided design guidance, answered all of my many questions, and provide estimate same day. No pressure, no BS. Super nice and very professional. Price was in the ballpark of what I was expecting, not cheap but fair. I feel you get what you pay for, and this family owned company company did not disappoint. They started job about three weeks after making deposit. Showed up on time and got it done. Each day they worked hard, and then cleaned up before they left. Took four days total to complete the project. No complaints, no adjustments needed, no returns to fix anything. Everything was perfect. We originally had shutters around the windows but I wasn't convinced I liked them. So Andy (owner) offer idea for custom aluminum trim. Showed me pictures of what he's done before. I requested a slight change in design (wider trim along bottom of windows) and his team delivered exactly what I requested. House looks great, and we couldn't be happier. Dominic did a complete inspection before telling us our options. He walked around on the roof and took photos. He did not try to talk us into any upgrades, but we decided since the roof was old, we'd ask for the shingles and any decking to be repaired. We decided we wanted the medium excellence option. We also asked for attic blown-in insulation, new gutters, and gutter shields. Dominic told us they'd put in some attic vents. In the end, they took it down to the rafters! As we had to be away when they started, Dominic was in touch with us on the phone or by email every step of the way, and answered every question. Roof Advance gave our little old house the boost it needed! It looks great, and, we have peace of mind knowing that we won't have to climb up to clean the gutters any more. They even gave us a senior discount, which we were not expecting. Their requested deposit wasn't a lot of money. They have an easy way to pay by e-check, or by credit card online. I had them come out one year ago (2022) in the fall to replace my roof. They came in one day and…read morethere were several issues. The main issue I had was all the flashing is wavy and not put back correctly -- looks like I did it and that doesn't say much. They also tore holes in my screens, left so much stuff behind including: several tools (left on the roof and in the lawn), the waking platform they added to put up the roof, and asked to keep the big truck in my driveway overnight, which I found odd. I asked the owner the come take a look at what was wrong, he did and assured me the workers would come back and fix it. They did come back but said it was too cold to actually fix the wavy flashing (supposedly you need warm weather to put up straight flashing) and they would come back this spring (2023) to fix it. I've text the owner several times to come back and am 'assured' they will come back but NOTHING. Here I am a year later and I am now going to pay someone to come fix it. Be careful, they do not stand behind their work to come fix things -- they are on to the next job. I really trusted them and I'm sad they are not following up. Very disappointed.

I've been up on the roof numerous times cleaning gutters and whatnot, and everything seems top notch. We are now in the process of selling our home, due to a corporate relocation. The buyer's inspector found a minor leak near the chimney. I called Burke's and asked them if they could come out and take a look at it. Mike Burke himself came out and took a look and determined that some flashing had been damaged by a raccoon that had tried to claw his way into our home. Even though this was not Burke's fault, he said that he would repair the damage at no cost because the roof was still under warranty. He didn't even ask to see any paperwork or receipts or anything. Mike Burke did a great job on the repair, was very professional and courteous, and I would totally hire him in a heartbeat if I ever needed a new roof in this area -- and he has a *solid* hand shake. I would give this guy 6 stars if I could.
