Now it's been a month and my husband is still using his insoles. We appreciated the follow-up visit from The Good Feet Store that started with a phone call. Michael was at a point in which he thought that he had wasted his money and was feeling frustrated as the insoles were causing significant discomfort and even pain. Then THFS called to check on him and he was encouraged to go back to the store and have his feet and inserts checked. Now he is staying on the right track; one step at a time.
