Service directed me to sales to deal with the problems from the sale to us of the truck. I ended up with a sales manager. He reviewed my messages, looked at the truck, and asked what he could do to make it up to me. The door panel will be replaced, the cut up carpet will be repaired, and the truck will be detailed. We are not looking for anything, just having the dealer live up to the sales agreement is all. We shall see what happens.

After several days of communication, we agreed to a purchase price of $68,000 out the door. While the interactions were polite, the outcome did not reflect accountability for what was agreed to. If you shop here, get everything in writing early, including out-the-door pricing, and do not rely on verbal commitments, even those confirmed in person.
