Love this place Owner operated, clean, quiet, with great service--this coffee spot is my new favorite place to get a good cappuccino. The seats are comfortable, the menu runs from brewed coffee to your typical coffee drinks, smoothies, and bubble teas. It's a bit hard to find, in a strip mall just west of 35 on Royal Lane but worth the trip! read more

My wife an I are coffee snobs. If you're version of "coffee" is the sugar caramel drizzled dessert Starbucks serves it's coffee loving posers, then stay far away from Peridot. When we first started coming here the little Korean guys running it had the personality of a napkin BUT once we tried their iced lattes on a hot Summer day we were hooked! NO SUGAR, just creamy thick tongue coating milky coffee. Not to acidic like Starbuck's robots give ya either. We go here nearly everyday. It's that good! Their beans are a mix of Ethiopian and Arabica blends. Consider our constant and many varied travels on the highways of Texas and I can tell you truthfully you can't do much better than Peridot cold coffees and lattes. If "real coffee" is what you're looking for give them a go. Mighty fine coffee yall read more

Flat Caramel Coffee and Iced Hazelnut Coffee. Both delicious. Was a little uncomfortable when we first came in but after sitting and having our drinks it was very nice. This place in my opinion is better than Starbucks. Wouldn't mind more of a darker ambiance though. There are a lot of fluorescent lighting with nice Edison Bulbs about. Would be better if the lighting was more dim. Great coffee stop though. read more

The place was quiet when we walked in, with a couple men chatting in one corner and covers of pop songs playing overhead. I ordered a taro bubble tea and enjoyed its sweet flavor and chewy bubbles while writing e-mails on the free wifi. If I lived closer, I'd be back. Check it out! read more

I got the Vienna coffee and it was delicious. My husband got the espresso with ice cream. The service was great! They had a window unit AC above the door that dripped water on us when we walked in and out. That would be the only thing I would change. read more

Love this place! I found it through Yelp and came almost everyday while I was visiting Dallas for work. The staff is very friendly and the coffee was delicious! Pretty nice place, I just had bubble green tea here and it was nice. They made the drinks pretty fast. I felt the interior could've been better. There were definitely a lot of nice coffee places to just sit and chill for a bit with friends. This place has the best tasting Taro Tea Latte! There's usually one person running the show so you may have to wait 2 or 3 mins but the quality of the drinks more than makes up a short wait. I've also had their flat green tea. It's 7 oz and delicious! Do not mix it just drink up. Friendly service and a great coffee shop! read more

Glad more coffee houses are opening near las Colinas Irving! This place has lots of seating and outlets. Their staff is very patient and friendly and they have a variety of drinks from coffee to boba to smoothies and even patbingsu! I got the small peridot coffee. I wasn't quite sure what I was ordering but when it came out I'm pretty sure there was ice cream in it?? Nonetheless it was a nice chilled and creamy coffee drink. With the shop being less than 5 minutes away form my house I know I will be back. read more

I'm not a coffee drinker but the Green Tea Latte is delicious! I did hear two customers come in and, after taking a sip of their coffee say: "Oh! So amazing". I'm not sure what little extra ingredient they add in the green tea latte but it gives it a slightly different flavor than others I've had. Very clean little place located in a small shopping area. Not really as "quiet" as others mentioned but that's because it does stay busy. I came here to do a little reading so I did have to use my headphones to block out some noise. Not a big deal, it is a business after all. I also had a house made chocolate muffin. He warmed it up for me and it was delicious! The gentleman was very friendly and always gave me a little bow after helping me. Loved the place and will be back. I recommend. read more

Relatively new coffee ship in the Harry Hines area! Out of all the cafes around here, I prefer to study/work here because of multiple reasons: it's quiet and less crowded than most, the music that is played here is usually instrumental or classical, and the coffee isn't overpriced! I got the Flat Green Tea, which consists of a shot of espresso, green tea and milk. The espresso shot wasn't terribly bitter and the green tea had just the amount of sweetness.
