There's handicap parking steps away from the order counter, and restrooms about a 2 min walk away. The house sits across from a tall footbridge which is a nice photo spot, and there's a bench and trash can underneath it. It took about 15 mins to order and receive our items with a line that was about 7 people long! We came on a summer Saturday afternoon and it was lively, there were lots of people strolling around.
