Two crowns multiple filling new/reduce older one from when I was younger I started treatment immediately as I was horrified that my mouth had rotting teeth in it. After the second filling and my permanent crown being placed I was having severe pain and sensitivity when eating or drinking even using my mouth wash shot a pain through my face. I notified Dr. Stone and he told me a lot of work was done it's probably sensitive give it about a week. Three weeks later he finally gets me in as the pain had not gotten better and redid the filling and put me back into a temporary the margins on the crown were off allowing food and drink to touch my shaved down tooth. After he fixed the filling I haven't had any more pain the crown on the other hand I had several more appointments for finally got my third permanent in April and I've still having problems I bite my cheek and food just stuck in it. I explained to him I wanted to get a second opinion on the crown since I was still having issues to which he agreed to refund the cost of it so I would have to double pay. While waiting for the second opinion I scheduled for two more teeth to be done on a Monday at 7am. I had my records sent to the other dentist to review the crown and when Sunday before my 7am appointment rolled around I realized I never received a confirmation for my appointment. I messaged Dr. Stone and he informed me that because I had my records sent to a different dentist they removed me as a patient and canceled all my future appointments. I was never notified of this nor did I receive the cancelation notice when they removed my appointment. I called to get put back on the schedule since I made it clear I was just getting a second opinion on my crown. Dr. Stone then told me he would need to have a consult with me before scheduling any further appointments to make sure we were on the same page. I agreed and they scheduled me three weeks out. I email them requesting an earlier appointment and asked that if he wanting a meeting to release me as his patient to just let me know so I can figure out the next steps. They called and offered me an earlier appointment never mentioning his releasing me as a patient. Well today I go in for our consultation to make sure we are on the same page and he tells me because of the issues I've had with his work it really bothers him because he's very type A and he doesn't feel comfortable treating me anymore. I still had 3 other appointments to complete my care plan and now I no longer have a dentist. I am being penalized because he isn't happy with his own work. I am extremely disappointed as I was never disrespectful during the entire process even though it was extremely frustrating to not have the work done right the first time. The last time talked to Dr.Stone I expressed that I felt he was getting tired of dealing with me because of all the problems that have come up in my treatment and he responded "I'm here from 7-4 everyday whether it's you in my chair or someone else I'm here either way so that doesn't matter." Apparently that was a lie because my next appointment was canceled and I was pulled along for two weeks just to be told I need to find a new dentist.

First off, I was very dissatisfied of my moms dentures, even though I know it was partially my fault they were not made right now. She had just finished chemo and was not in her complete right mind still, so I do not think she followed the directions during the fitting as well as she could have. The review is on the Doctor himself, he went above and beyond the call of duty, he has great customer service and bedside skills. He did not stop till I and my mom were satisfied. If you want someone that cares then go see him, it was worth our 40 minute drive to visit this place. I will absolutely use him again. So I'm not sure why the sign in sheet is there. While I was waiting for what was supposed to be my first appointment, I saw an interaction between the receptionist and an elderly man. She was acting irritated by him. He needed a tooth fixed that came off his dentures. She told him about all the extras they would have to do instead of just fixing the tooth. While talking he accidentally dropped the tooth on her lower counter. Where ever it landed, she acted annoyed and disgusted. She pushed something close to him, so he could dig around and get the tooth out. He had to stand on his toes to reach down and fuss with something to dig his tooth out. He also said that they had put in the wrong code for the dentures, and now his account is in collections. She did not look at him much at all during this encounter. After he left, I asked to pay some on his bill to help him out. She told me she would take care of him. I could tell she most likely would not. After hearing how they messed up his account, and how unhelpful and uncaring they are to their patients, I canceled my appointment and left. When a patient comes in they should be treated with kindness and compassion. Look at them when talking to them, and resolve the problem or get someone who will.

They told me that the crowns were never charged to my insurance. I am finding out that the dentist said it was for cosmetic reasons that I was given crowns. I was naive and not going through a good time when I agreed to this. I went to Burleson Dental off Wilshire and It was the best experience! The dentist was confused why I needed 4 crowns when I had great roots. Also it is confirmed the company just wanted their $12,000 payout. I am still trying to pay off this over $3000 bill that I had to pay. I am now convinced that Aspen Dental is the Great Clips of dentistry. Beware!

But the young lady ( blue and green dress) who came into the room to discuss treatment planning was rude, she seemed as if she was annoyed by my questions making nonverbal facial expressions that were rude as well. Her entire demeanor was agitated and mean. I made up my mind at that time to take my business elsewhere. I filled it thinking I would have discomfort and, though my pain tolerance is fairly high, I would take it. I have not had to take anything for the pain at all. I feel great and slept like the dead last night. I can't thank Dr Fitzhugh and his staff enough. They were very kind and I was even "serenaded" by the good Dr during the procedure. I got the money together and went back asking to take care of things in a specific order (based on my funds and another treatment plan). But instead, Holly Schmitt, the office manager, refused all treatment, refused a refund for pre-paid services they did NOT perform and the cops were called on me while I was in my vehicle. Even the officer was confused and said I had every right to be in a public parking lot. Holly also lied multiple times about what the dentist said, telling me, "Doctor's orders and priority." She wasn't happy when I said that's not what the doctor told me. Dr. said, "It's your money, it's your mouth, we can do what you want." The cherry on top, I finally found and sent an email to 'corporate'. Few days later, Holly sent me a "Release of all Claims" form with a built in non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement. Asking me to give up my rights in order to receive a refund on services you didn't provide, is shady at best. Thank god this is not normal and the other dental offices I've been to have even asked; why weren't you allowed to make decisions for yourself, who are these people, what office is this, and are telling all their colleagues. I've had 3 appointments in 3 weeks with a different doctor, in the exact order I wanted treatment done with 0 complications. Save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else!

They are uncomfortable, unstable, and make it extremely difficult for me to eat and live comfortably. I have repeatedly raised these concerns, yet I am now being told that the problem is my fault and that no correction will be made. I strongly disagree. I paid a significant amount of money for professional dental services, and I expect the work to be done correctly. Properly fitting dentures are not optional -- they are essential to my health and quality of life. As an older patient, this experience has been both physically and financially burdensome. I believe I deserve accountability and a reasonable effort to correct this issue. I am formally requesting that this matter be reviewed and resolved promptly. I am simply asking for properly fitted dentures and fair treatment
