He promised I would receive options or a solution by the next business day. I never heard back. I ended up switching to a different insurer (not through avail) and it took multiple attempts to get Avail to cancel my old policy. I think of the whole point of working with an agent is to get better service than dealing directly with an insurer -- with Avail that was certainly not the case.
