Sadly I have to give this place a bad review & I really don't leave many reviews at all. I came here as a first time customer, called ahead & arrived at the requested time and was immediately seated for a pedicure which was great. I then requested nails with a Pinterest photos of my idea as I left the very next morning for my anniversary trip to Cabo. I got talked into dip which was fine but it took SO long & she filed the cuticle on my thumb down to bloody. I've been getting my nails done since I was 14 so I brushed it off. My nails came out okay, not exactly what I wanted & not the best quality but okay. What REALLY bothers me is that ONE day later my thumb broke completely off, and one nail every day since! I'm down to three missing nails in three freaking days. I had to pose my hands in our beach photography shoot all funky as to not have them show. For $175 for fingers & toes I would expect at least a week! Most places I have been have lasted 14-21days - obviously they look grown out by 3 wks but 3 days is just dismal. Sucks because I could have been a long term customer. Felt more like an inconvenience when I was there. Not exactly how you should treat customers & I tipped $15 to each nail tech! read more

I was visiting family in town for the Holiday and decided to gift my Mom, Grandma and sister a gift card for a mani pedi. After the holiday three of us went to get Mom a pedi, and grandma and me a mani pedi. My grandma, who has thin skin due to her age, was in a lot of pain from the callous stone and expressed it numerous times to her tech. It wasn't until I spoke up that SHE WAS BLEEDING did the woman stop. She rubbed the side of her foot completely raw. At this point the woman didn't even trim her toenails, just painted them? So strange. After the pedi she got her manicure and they only did one coat of polish with a top coat - no soaking of nail, cuticle removal, etc. she also did not get a hand massage which comes with the manicure. After bringing the poor service to attention of the other lady whom we assumed was the manager, we asked if we could be charged a nail polish change vs. a manicure. We were told no. The woman did fix my grandmas toe nails and gave neosporin for the cuts on the side of her foot. Would probably not return even though my service and my moms were fine. read more

Clean but pricey. My nails were out on mostly crooked, and not shaped well. The music in the place is a weird classical and makes the space feel sterile. It was a long process for a Mani/Pedi and I can say the best part was the massage. That was really nice but I am unlikely to go back, I didn't get a warm or inviting vibe and it was super judgey and my toe gel polish came off one toe within an hour after leaving. I explained I was allergic to lavender. She used lavender and then was upset when I couldn't put my feet in the water that had lavender in it., and needed to redo the water bin. I looked up google translate to explain the allergy and she got mad at me for doing that. Proceeded to charge me for two of my nails having polish to be removed and was just not pleasant to me after the allergy thing. Priced as though I got gel but I only got regular paint. I normally do not give poor reviews. I have been going to this nail salon since November and have always been satisfied. My visit today was extremely subpar. I normally book my appointments 3 weeks in advance. When I went in today, they were going to have me come back because they apparently overbooked. Not my problem. My dip normally takes 1.5 hrs max. I was in there for almost 2 hrs. The nail tech filed one of my nails so thin it cracked and she used "nail glue" My right index finger nail is actually crooked, the dip on my right pinky is significantly thicker than the left, because she "forgot" to dip it first time around. This place is great! I've come 2 weeks in a row. First to get my nails done and then for a pedicure. My nails turned out great and they even opened 30 minutes early to accommodate my sister and I since they had a large party coming in. Then I called on Christmas Eve around 2pm to get 2 pedicures. The lady stayed open and told us to come on in. She was the only employee there, so rotated between the 2 of us and still gave us the best pedicures! I will absolutely be back! read more

I had a mani (natural nails) and pedi last week $50. plus tip Joo was new ~ in 2 days (natural nails) 7 edges cracked (bad sq shape) I asked for round but ...plus there were bumps and black spots in polish. I called Judy explaining I only want a polish change and why. I did not mention my bad pedi just how awful the mani was. I showed Sonny my problem and why I needed a polish change see seemed to agree with me. I was surprised when Judy said no that will be $15. I asked (in front of everyone) why in 4 days she could not honor inferior work and the inconvenience of setting for another 45 minutes. I felt bad for Sonny. I was a regular and happy customer for over 2 years ~ I'll need to find another shop. read more

This is easily my worst experience at a Castle Rock nail salon. I had a 5 o'clock appointment and it took fifteen minutes for us to get started. Overall, it took nearly two hours for a short dip set and the nails aren't even an even length on both of my hands. I got cut multiple times and the lady originally doing my nails stopped in the middle to go get up and talk to another customer. About 20 minutes later, she switched to another lady who took an additional 45 minutes to do my nails. At the end of it, they charged me $70 dollars and not even a week later one of them broke completely in half while I was sleeping. Very dissatisfied, people weren't that nice either. read more

I've tried 3 spots for pedicures in Castle Rock, the first two were average at best. Went to Perry's today. Got the basic pedicure for $35. It was a very good pedicure. Good leg massage with shoulder massage after. The place is clean and smells nice very quiet and a little understaffed but I'll return. Good value. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc I had two different people working on me and they didn't offer water or anything which is odd but otherwise very good experience! I returned today and I'm disappointed it wasn't even as good as last time. Again, no water offered and the lady was rough and in a hurry. The shoulder massage was more a pounding. Oh my goodness! What a breath of fresh air! I have been looking for a nail place for a while, and I found it! I live in Highlands Ranch, but work in Castle Rock, so it is easier to get my nails done on my lunch break. A lot of the salons I have been to are dirty and the staff seem very disengaged and sad. When I walked in to Perry's, I was greeted by friendly, attentive staff, and from the minute I sat down, I felt comfortable and attended to. My technician, James, was wonderful. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job, and taking care of me was his priority. It was such a nice experience - I am looking forward to going back and getting my pedi! read more

Amazing!!! Today was my first time in and I'm totally sold! Not only do my nails look flawless but the treatment I got made me feel like a princess! I have been to many nail salons from NY and NJ. This is by far my favorite salon. I have one toe nail that gives me fits. I have to comment that Hannah is by far the best technician to manage this problem. I enjoy every minute of my business. The staff is very friendly and they speak pretty good english. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have gotten several pedicure's there and would not go any where else. The service beyond the actual pedicure is extreme. The best place to get nails done in Castle Rock! Okay, I haven't tried ALL the places, but I have been to six other places in town. Perry nails is clean. Quality polishes. Women working there are friendly, gentle and efficient. I've had hands and feet done here. They've never pulled a nasty cheese grater to my heels. The one kind of weird, but cool, thing is their use of funoodles...you know those floating swim noodles? Yeah, they cut them to a foot or so lengths, then place them under your ankles so your foot is suspended without any exertion...much more relaxing than holding up my leg for the technician to work! Additionally, to top off the good service, they give you a little neck/shoulder massage! Yes, they charge five dollars more for pedis than the other places I've been to in town, but it's worth it! read more

I felt the need to update my review because I have gotten my nails done at Perry's regularly since my last review. I still give this place 5 stars even though the staff has changed over the years, the quality and cleanliness is still spectacular. My review is only based on the spa pedicure and shellac/gel manicure. I have never gotten acrylics here. I always call ahead before I come in, and 99% of the time, they are always available to accommodate. They do get busy so I would recommend to make an appointment so you receive priority when you arrive. Each service gets a nice massage at the end and the staff is always so welcoming. The place is nice compared to other nail locations and they use a good variety of different tools to attend to dry heels, however-a bit lazy. The massage is less than mediocre and you can actually see the lines of the top coat. I also can't stand miserable workers. As a nurse, I know miserable. It just lacks care and precision. The last 2 times they hurt me, either with their cuticle cutters or their buffer tool. PS- they reuse items on people without cleaning them in between. Gross! read more

I bought in a challenging project. Was heading to Vegas for a friend's wedding anniversary and wanted "Las Vegas" in Hebrew painted on my nails. Three salons in Denver had already turned me down saying it was too complicated so I was a little surprised when they told me yes but I sat down, showed Jenny the Hebrew letters I wanted and she painted them beautifully on my nails. Even asked what direction I wanted the Hebrew --which reads backwards-- to go in and did it BEAUTIFULLY. This salon is a treasure and I not only recommend it to people in Douglas County but in the greater Castle Rock area. Especially people looking for something detailed like letters or drawings.
