My friend gifted me a pedicure and brought me here. I usually would go for the standalone fancy schmancy spots and hope they do a good job. It had been a few months since I got a pedi. The lady who did my nails was absolutely amazing. She skipped no detail. She was very gentle but really got in removed all My cuticle and dead skin, she massaged and perfectly shaped my nails. I couldn't even believe how good a job she did. I kept thanking her throughout the process. I will def try to return even though it's far from me. I went in on Friday for a mani6and gel polish, after sitting down i noticed how unkempt the salon was, kinda dirty. The polish chipped on Monday, I went and had it fixed somewhere else. Today on Tuesday , 4 nails have white blemishes which look like it is in the top coat. I have cuticle, skin tears from the trimming of my cuticles. Very disappointed honestly don't want to go back to have them fix them, not sure what I would end up with. read more

You get what you pay for. I was in Walmart shopping and decided on a whim to have a shellac manicure done. It had only been 3 days since getting my nails done that I got my first chip. Each day that passed I discovered a chip on a new nail. It's now been 5 days since my manicure and I have 5 nails that are chipped! I will not be returning. Pay the extra money and get a better manicure somewhere else. Lesson learned. read more

This place is on the low end for price but the salon is not very. The reason I rated the salon low is because they put shellac on my nails and it had hair and fuzz in it along with bubbles in the polish. I ended up asking them to remove it and paid $20. They do not wipe down after they file or remove the fuzz from the nails after the polish so it looks bad... but the owner was sweet. Just want to leave an honest review so people know what to expect. If you don't care about bubbling or things not being the same shape then this is your salon. read more

I live in Castlerock and regal nails is a convenient location for me. It is easy to make an appointment now and your appointment is honored. Regal nails has A TON of shellac colors and regular polishes. Which is a huge plus because most nail salons don't have as big of a selection. However, when it came to shaping my nail & cuticle care it was a little disappointing. It seemed the filing was half a**ed and honestly, I could've trimmed my cuticles better at home. The staff was super friendly though and very laid back. Most salons charge $35-$40 for a shellac mani and Regal charges $25 so I suppose you do get what you pay for. All in all, really not a bad place. read more

I really do love these ladies, they do a great job and work really hard. If I were to have a complaint it would be they have a tendency to overbook themselves either with appointments or walk-ins. My advice if you have an appointment for a specific time be prepared to wait up to 30min for them to start on you. read more

I'm not even sure where to start. This was my first mani/pedi in my entire life. So incredibly disappointing. 1) I requested the mani/pedi special ($30). The lady at first seemed extremely nice. However, she immediately started to try to upsell me to a shellac mani. I politely declined, but she kept insisting. We went back and forth several times to a point where it became extremely uncomfortable. The lady's fake friendly demeanor quickly dissipated at that point. 2) The lady was passive/aggressive rude throughout the entire service. It was extremely uncomfortable. 3) When it was time to pay, I wanted to pay with a MasterCard (they have a sign that says they accept Visa/MasterCard). The lady insisted I pay cash. I politely declined. She told me to go to the ATM and pull cash. I couldn't believe it. I declined again. She said if I went to the ATM then she would give me $3 off my services. I declined again. Then she proceeded to offer me $7 off my services. I declined AGAIN. She ran my credit card for the $30 and slapped the receipt in front of me in an aggressive way. Yeeeeaah, no tip for you. They do good nails here. They do them fast. They do them cheap. Gel polish lasts a long time. They overbook appointments. Last time I waited 40 minutes past my appt time. They aren't friendly. They aren't super clean. But they do a really really good job for a really really good price. read more

This nail salon is inside of the Castle Rock Walmart. The facility is clean & the service is excellent! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Wow, here for a wedding and needed to get a pedicure so I looked this place up on Yelp. Very pleased with the service. A little more expensive then I am used to in Cali but overall I was pleased and would recommend this shop. My tech was friendly and did a great job especially gentle and professional in getting rid of a hang nail that was bothering me. read more
