When the job was done, and after they left, I noticed that they did not do any cleaning out or resealing of the existing gutter. I called the office and they indicated that they would be back to me. They did not. I fax over a copy of the proposal indicating that they were suppose to clean and reseal the existing gutters. I have not heard from them. I would suggest, if you decide to use Rancho Rain Gutters that you review all there work and compare their proposal to their invoice before paying. Based on their response, I would not use them again.
