Beware - Greasy Tactics and Counterfeit Items at an "Authentic" Collectibles Show…read more I attended a Card Show hosted by Pro Sports Zone, which markets itself as an authentic collectibles store. To my shock, counterfeit Labubu figures were being sold right on the store owner's table. When I informed the owner, he brushed it off, saying, "It's not my problem -- the jewelry guy is selling them." The reality? He was selling them for that vendor, on his own table, while the vendor failed to disclose they were fakes. When confronted about selling counterfeits at an event advertised for authentic items, he claimed it wasn't his responsibility to verify authenticity -- an incredibly greasy and unprofessional stance for a so-called collectibles expert. On a separate review page the owner tried to skirt responsibility by saying he was only a vendor, but didn't include that he was the proprietor of the vendor show and allowed the counterfeits to be put on his own table. This disregard for integrity is unacceptable. I have reported Pro Sports Zone to the FTC, the Attorney General, and Popmart's copyright infringement department. If you value authenticity, ethics, and respect for the collecting community, avoid Pro Sports Zone and any events it hosts. Supporting counterfeit sales -- and then dodging responsibility -- is the lowest form of business.

They are a busy sporting goods shop and it pays to call a head if you need service work on your bow or firearms. They stand behind their work through and through. They made a customer for life out of me when there was a service issue with my bow that required major components to be replaced. They made it right and got me into a new bow without any hassle and all I was charged was the difference in price from my bow to the bow I picked out! Hands down great customer service! Thank you Schupach's you've just earned a customer for life.

They pulled a couple shenanigans on me over the years.. I had one guy try to separate the holster from the gun that I was buying three separate times. He then sealed the used gun up in a box and I walked out with it and got to the car. I wondered why he sealed the box so I opened it, and of course the holster wasn't in there! (He really wanted that holster for some reason. It was a "brown button, rough back Heiser holster, so it was valuable.) I filed a complaint about it, but they kind of blew me off. They said that guy wouldn't do that. (But, in fact, he did.)

There is a heated pool in the hotel I am staying and darn it, I was going to use it! 2) my brother needed new sneakers 3) we both needed new gloves. We both had a pair but needed one that allow you to text message. Why? The company I work for, which also had just hired my brother use an app on your phone to give you access to enter through the doors. You better be able to touch your screen of you won't get in. Problem is... if it's cold as heck you don't want to take off your gloves. I easily found the swim trunks... a bit pricey for my taste... $40. We went to the shoe section and got my brother a new pair of sneakers that comfortably fit and were reasonably priced. We were helped by the employees manning that section. Gloves... that was a nightmare. Finding the section wasn't easy and required me to ask someone for help... when I got there that section was a mess. Took me 30 minutes to find the type of gloves we were looking for and in our size... ridiculous. If they had all sections of their store as well managed as the show area... this would be at least a four star review. Still since I am finding my way around the area if I need winter clothes or shoes... I may find myself here again.

The store is stocked with everything you can dream of in relation to English riding attire and tack. The owner prides herself on setting prices at the lowest that the manufacturers allow. As a result, the riding boots we bought were $11 cheaper than online, PLUS there was no exorbitant shipping charge. After discussing the importance of riding pants, we were directed to the least expensive pair in the store. These were $10 less than online, not including shipping that we would have had to pay from an online purchase. First time shoppers leave with a coupon for 10% off one future non-sale purchase. They also have a frequency card that awards 15% off on your 6th visit after 5 purchases of $25 or more. The owner rides and teaches equestrian, and has a wealth of knowledge. If you are new to the sport, she'll happily and patiently provide answers to your questions, and perhaps give you information you didn't even know you needed to know. I hope you are as impressed as we were.
