This was my first experience with a sauna and red light therapy spa! The staff was very helpful with explaining to me what to expect and what to do. There are also many options to customize this for exactly what you need. I did a late on Friday afternoon session and I felt amazing walking out afterwards. They started my room at 130º, but you can adjust this to what feels right for you. Once you start the time anc are in the booth you can relax. Just sit back and watch tv and relax. I had a good sweat going on during my session. Afterward, the eucalyptus cold towel was a nice touch and a nice way to cool down. I will likely go back. The first time I arrived, the owner Stacey explained the concept of red light therapy and Infrared Sauna. She gave a great explanation of the benefits and the way for me to get the best out of my experience. I signed up for the unlimited week after which I eagerly signed up for a monthly membership. You have a choice of pay each time, unlimited or 8/month option. Every session, I turn on the Bluetooth connected TV to play music and get to spend 40 minutes reading or meditating. You can also watch TV if you choose. You are given towels and a cool eucalyptus washcloth to use after the session. I always leave very refreshed and can't wait for my next session. Saunas are likely meant for one but could easily accommodate a couple provided both like the same temperature settings and won't argue over who holds the TV remote. A 40-minute session is standard and you can adjust the temp as you sit through the session. As a bonus, if you join as a member, their friendly staff will add your preferred starting temp and lighting color to your profile so your sauna is just the way you like it when you start! Towel service is provided with a cooling towel saturated in eucalyptus (or something else if you're adverse to that scent) that is SO refreshing once you're out of the sauna itself. We come here once a week. It's amazing. Everyone is super nice and the room is always the way we like it. The infrared sauna has helped alleviate pain in my shoulder snd help my husband with his knee pain. I hate It's far but it's worth the drive for the benefits. There's one closer but, this was the one I came to first so, this is where we go. Both are far from where we live. Overall, Great place with great benefits. Such a good vibe! We were greeted instantly upon arrival, even though we were 10 minutes late due to traffic. Thankfully, since there was no appointment after ours, they let us enjoy the full 40-minute session. This was only my second sauna experience, and it did not disappoint. Let's start with the customer service! From setting up a phone appointment to the walkthrough, the service was exceptional. Everyone I talked to was so knowledgeable. Riley on the phone made me so excited about the experience and Stacy at the desk made me feel welcomed and calm before the sauna. Something notable, several people came in when Stacy was walking me around the studio and she greeted them all by name. She also greeted me by name when I came in. Wow! The studio is so clean. It's been around for at least a year it seems and everything looks and feels nearly brand new. They do a great job with upkeep. You get a private room with a private sauna that could easily fit 3 people. There are so many options for the type of treatment you want there: infrared, red light therapy, color therapy. If you want to zone out to your own music, you can but they also have options: tv with beach scene and sounds and the smart tv is connected to the studio's YT, Netflix, and Disney+ accounts. I brought a book but literally, you have the gamut of what kind of therapy and mindfulness you want. 40 minutes of bliss ends with a cold lavender towel. My schedule is unpredictable, so I bought an 8 session pack that lasts 12 months! They also take HSA/FSA!! read more

I always feel better once my session is over. Everything is always set up perfectly, so all I'd need to do is bump up the heat and maybe change the lighting if needed. Full body detox and relaxing experience!! Today I had a chance to check out a new experience. This was my first time experiencing an infrared sauna . The staff did a great job explaining and providing details for the session . The sauna are all private suites (door lock), Bluetooth speakers and a television is provided for comfort . The was a light guide provided yellow helps to increase energy. I do have to say I walked out with more energy than I did walking in . It was a 40 min session, and if you are looking to sweat then this is the place. Very relaxing and private. The internal controls provide a lot of lighting options that give different benefits, so you can control what you are looking to get out of the session. Very unassuming building on the edge of the Park in the new Lenexa developments. It feels a little like "if you know, you know!" When you walk in the front desk the staff are super friendly and show you exactly how it all works. It's laid out as a hallway with 8 private rooms off of it. The Saunas can hold 2-3 people comfortably and according to the team you can easily add a friend to your reservation for just a little extra. There are two options for utilizing the Saunas: Single Bookings or Become a Member. There are 3 types of Memberships at various price levels: Unlimited, 8 visits a month, 4 visits a month. The nice thing is they are cumulative, so if you don't use all visits in the month they'll rollover. You can also pause your memberships but while it's paused you're not allowed to access your bank of visits! I'm sure you can tell, they got me. The overall experience was so relaxing. Very tranquil! They have a tv in each room and you can watch shows or movies, but I like their relaxation video looks. They'll customize it based on your preferences (same with the starting temp), so now mine is preset to Lofi jazz when I come in. They also have a spot inside the sauna that's safe for the remote and/or the phone, so I have since started bring my heat-safe headphones and often listen to my audiobooks. To sum this up, I loved the dry-heat, personal sauna appointment (45mins) and felt incredible after the session. It was worth the cost per session and I knew that I would end up back at least once a week. That's why I went ahead and started a membership! Perspire Sauna Studio is my happy place. The moment I stepped foot inside the building during a Yelp Elite Experience, I knew I was going to purchase a membership. The online booking system is super simple and I've never had a problem securing the room that I love (the one closest to the bathroom!) The front desk associates are always so personable. One of my favorite things is that not only do you get your own TV, but they take note of your favorite show and will have it cued up when you arrive. Whatever magical lights and whatnot that they use WORK. I have a hard time walking due to sciatica and a damaged pelvic floor from childbirth, but I walk with much less pain after a session here. Found this place thru a yelp elite experience and knew I would become a member! I have long known the benefits of red light therapy and any suana, especially infrared but never had an opportunity for infrared sauna until now. I joined the four times a month membership due to my travel schedule, my husband started being my plus 1 for $20 and tax each time he visited. He eventually joined, since we are family members he is a bit cheaper per month for the same package. Bonus! They also allow you to use your HSA for autopay. I love the cleanliness, the easy online booking with the app, the rooms, the tvs with options, the chromotherapy ( light therapy) and the cold eucalyptus towel at the end! The front desk staff is awesome, they will preset your room temp for you and any other preferences. Each session is 40 min, we always feel energized and better after we are done. 1 I love their refillable water area for after, I have been to the one in Vegas as well, very similar to this one. Ditch the traditional sauna for infrared technology at Perspire it's incredible! You will still sweat out the impurities and get a great detox, but it's a much more comfortable sweat as you can breathe easy and not feel like your suffocating. I never once felt the slightest bit uncomfortable like I do in traditional sauna. Perspire is super clean and has a spa-like feel. Expect a private dressing area with a tv and lavender towel to refresh when done. An average session is about 35- 40 minutes and you will walk away feeling like you just had a massage. I used the Perspire channel and did a stretch routine during my session and felt like I did a cardio workout. Highly recommend as part of your regular self care routine and to boost your mental and physical health. Owners and staff are uber professional and friendly! read more

As I'm still figuring out a schedule and timing, I bought a pack of sessions that I can use within a set time frame - this has been great for flexibility with my schedule! The online book (I use the app) is super easy to use, I can even schedule last minute if I find time. Rooms have a tv with Hulu, nextlfix, and Disney, for easy watching - or just play relaxing videos on YouTube!
