A very big plus is that they carry a wide variety of Mitchell's ice cream. I grew up in the city so like many love that ice cream. IYKYK! Plus the owner, Cesar is so pleasant, nice and so friendly. This meat was supposed to be dinner for my kids, and it was completely spoiled. When I brought it back to the store, they passed it around for everyone to smell. Everyone agreed it smelled bad, yet they refused to give me a refund and would only offer store credit. That's very disappointing customer service. They then gave me replacement meat, but when I got home, that meat was spoiled too. I didn't go back because they already seemed upset that I had returned the first package. What concerns me the most is that they continued selling the same batch of meat instead of throwing it away. If multiple packages are spoiled, the responsible thing to do is pull the product from the shelves to protect customers. I'm very disappointed with this experience. Please do better when it comes to food safety and customer service.
