One thing I personally didn't care for was the menu being on a tablet at the table--it felt less straightforward than a traditional menu, especially when it came to understanding pricing. For our meal, I ordered the lomo saltado and substituted the usual white rice for chaufa. We also ordered salchipapa, tallarín verde with grilled chicken, and three sodas. Presentation-wise, all the dishes were beautifully plated, which definitely made a strong first impression. The tallarín verde was the standout of the meal--flavorful, well-balanced, and served in a just-right portion. The lomo saltado itself was good, but the chaufa rice was noticeably salty and ended up overpowering the rest of the dish. The salchipapa, on the other hand, was a bit disappointing. It was mostly French fries with only a small amount of sausage and very light on sauce. Where the experience really fell short was the billing. The prices displayed on the tablet did not match what we were ultimately charged. We were billed extra for grilled chicken and sirloin steak in the lomo saltado, even though no alternatives or pricing differences were clearly explained when ordering. The only additional charge that was communicated upfront was the substitution for chaufa rice. Transparency in pricing is important, and it was frustrating to see unexpected charges added at the end. For three entrées and three sodas, the total came out to around $100, including an automatic 18% gratuity. While the food had some highlights, the lack of clear pricing and unexpected charges--combined with a menu system I didn't find user-friendly--left a negative impression. Overall, while the ambiance and some dishes were enjoyable, the billing experience makes me hesitant to return.

Our experience had a few hiccups. I came with my family and mentioned that we'd seen the restaurant trending on social media and were excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, my server didn't enter my order correctly. I ordered the skirt steak with two sides, but only the side order arrived to our table. When I asked about the steak, she said she didn't have it on the order and quickly put it in. When the steak arrived, it came out very quickly. I had ordered it medium, but while the outside looked cooked, the inside was still very rare and cold. It was also very chewy and could have used more seasoning. My father-in-law ordered the chaufa, but it wasn't mixed very well, with most of the sauce sitting at the bottom and most of the rice was white, he didn't even noticed until he ate his way to the bottom and noticed. Another pasta dish we ordered was listed as having fettuccine, and the photo showed fettuccine noodles, but it was served with spaghetti instead. Although we were disappointed with the food and the ordering mistake, the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. I hope this was just an off day, as I'd love to see the food live up to the beautiful atmosphere.

The Service was real fast and waitress was quick to bring out some corn they serve as a nibble. Once we ordered the food, i went with the Lomo Saltado, it was real quick to come out. The Caufas are only a weekend app but they were good and quickly brought out also. The inside of the restaurant was very well decorated as an under the sea theme and for mother's day weekend, they also had many signs up for that! I really enjoyed this place and would go back to try many of their other option on the menu. Price was also real affordable for such a nice restaurant!
