Great, friendly customer service. Food was average. Cheesesteak was small. Wings looked dry but my husband loved them. Best lemonade I havr had in a long time.

Due to Covid they are practicing social distances and limited of how many can enter the restaurant. A patron came in the restaurant without her mask and she was told to put a mask on. Kudos to this establishment for enforcing their Covid rules. Due to the issues with poultry shortage, they have tremendously increased their prices. This is the reason why this establishment is no longer packed during the lunch hours. The food is still good here but the prices will have to decrease before I return to this establishment.

Hours on the door says open mon-sun 11-11 its 8:50pm and they say they only can makes wings where closed. thats crazy when there under new management. The sign says 11-11 everyday false advertising

The 4*stars rating is only for this location and the chicken wings. All other America's Best Wings location I would rate 3*stars and the other menu food items would rate 3 stars as well . This is a new location added within the Free State Shopping Center (next door to the Sakura Japanese Restaurant). The location is new and very clean. The staff is very friendly which is probably another reason I like this location over the other ones. Now onto what you came here for the FOOD. All your orders are cooked to order and fresh. They offer a 5pc or 10pc Combo with fries for $6.99/$10.99 respectively. They also offer Fish & Shrimp or Fish and Chicken Wing combos, Steak Subs and Grilled Shrimp, Chicken and fish items. I tried the fried catfish the batter was okay but the fish just didn't taste like catfish. I think they made a mistake in the kitchen or just ran out of catfish and gave me what was available. The Cheesesteak sub.. Just DONT do it (see pic) The chicken cheesesteak may be better but the steak sub is low quality meat (worse than Steak'umms) This is why I tend to just stick to the wings and fried chicken b/c hence the name this is what they do BEST. The wings come in 30 flavors. Count it people 30 flavors! So your combination of sauce selection is endless. With a 10pc combo you can get 5pcs with one sauce and 5pcs with another sauce of your choosing. I always get Lemon Pepper which is the BOMB, unlike most lemon pepper sauces its not dry its slightly wet which makes it so Yummy! Then I alternate the other 5pcs with a new flavor since they have so many to try and they all have been tasty thus far, such as Moondust, Honey BBQ, Cajun, Teriyaki, Hot Garlic etc.. Other popular flavors are the Ranch Powder wings and the Garlic Parmesan ( I've yet to try these). Then with any wing flavor you can do " HOT", which means they will Toss your Wing in the HOT sauce and then toss it for a 2nd time in any other sauce you like, for example HOT BBQ, HOT Teriyaki. Dont forget to order your wings "Crispy or Extra Crispy" Along with your Wing Combo you get a heaping of Crinkle Fries and who doesn't love Crinkle fries!! (my fav) and your combo comes with a 20oz fountain drink. The sauces are pretty addictive so be prepared to come back time and time again. Plus dont forget to ask for Mamba Sauce for your fries. Lastly, they are very stingy with their Blue Cheese and Ranch sauce! You only get 1 sauce per 10 wings ordered. So if you get a 5pc Wing Combo ..NO SAUCE for you and they mean it (LOL), they will happily charge you .25 cents for additional sauces. The sauce is really not big of a deal unless you want them in order to dip your wings in b/c they only give you 3 small celery sticks. I"m glad this ABW location opened, definitely a great spot to grab some wings to watch a good sports game at home or if you want a filling lunch or dinner.

Dry, tasteless, overcooked, could not even chew them.

Just tasted what was the worst thing I ever put in my mouth. First it was my first time trying this place so I had no idea what to expect. Second I Immediately contacted the store for a refund. They said I had to come back out there mind you it's almost 730 P.m.and i don't live anywhere near this place. I have three small children under 8 and the owner couldn't give me a refund because I can't drag my kids who are in their Pjs out in the air to exchange their dinner which should've been prepared fresh and cooked properly in the first place. What kind of business owner or management doesn't know good customer service. The offered to remake my order but if this flavorless, dried up meat is what they sell, why would I want more of the same. No not at all. I will patronize other businesses who values their customers. Stay away from this place because you can get better food in a dog bowl.

These are the best fried wings in the area. They are always fresh, crispy and fried to a golden perfection. I also recommend the Old Bay and Honey Barbecue wings and the fried Whiting.

That's pretty reasonable. Every dish was well prepared and nicely flavored. No mushy vegetables here. Yucca fries: not greasy, nice and crispy. Good with any of their dipping sauces. Fried rice: very tasty dish with hints of chicken. Black beans, really tender and nicely flavored. Broccoli: super delicious super food, done perfectly, not mushy and just the right amount of crunch. Green beans: such an easy dish and they nailed it. Plantains: who doesn't like a good fried plantain? These were awesome! And the cookie is a sweet deal too. Go for it. I wasn't surprised to see a large number of to go orders at their pick up desk. The word is out on how great their food is here. Plenty of parking in their private lot on Baltimore road.

The guy who preps the chicken didn't hear me? Giving me only one half chicken white. Manager fixed things but it did mess up their process a bit. I had to make sure I got the correct second meal. The chicken was great. Moist just the way we like it. The string beans were not cooked properly even though they looked good. This happens too often. The sauces. First, we just don't get enough sauces as part of the meal. Second, I was making sure I got enough sauces this time and ordered my usual types. Apparently, yellow sauce is now considered to be honey mustard. I did get some of the great tasting amerillo sauce but also got honey mustard which elsewhere is usually just fine. This honey mustard is awful. Trying to be like everyone else is not what made Sardis a success. If you must have honey mustard sauce go get a batch from McDonalds or some other fast food in the area. It will taste better. Was not happy with this visit. Given how high the prices have gotten Sardis can't afford to go down hill any further. I'm sure I'll go back sometime. Hoping things get better. Three stars cause the chicken was great.

Now it just tastes like mildly spicy mayonnaise. Not the same... (more on that below) The Sardi's chicken is ALWAYS the best around. In the DMV area there is no better. Others claim to be superior, but others usually serve a dry chicken. Sardi's is always juicy. Sides are fresh. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean. It's the best. I have been eating at a Sardis for at least 20 years... I think longer. I'd go to the location in Gaithersburg. When they used to serve the green sauce in the little plastic cups it was the best. As they grew and added more restaurants they started moving to these flat labeled packs produced offsite. Not as good, but I think they were still initially more "green" and less mayo. Now they taste creamy and less herbal/jalapeño. I'll still eat the chicken. I just miss the good sauce. Did I say Sardi's is the best? They are.

I'm here at lunchtime and it's filling up which of course is exactly what we want to see. I'm here on the recommendation of someone who has tried these gyros and they know how picky I am about the gyros. Because they're cooked to order , I can tell you that the place is very clean and very organized. The staff is all Hispanic. I don't know what that means, Caribbean chicken, I guess, but since I don't eat Peruvian chicken because it's very very salty, I'm trying the other meals. You can get an assortment of vegetables if that's what you want. I already mentioned there's chicken. You can eat wraps, different sandwiches, and a lot of Latin specialties. one complaint is that since they cook to order and you don't pick up at the table as my gyro, I sat here waiting for someone to call me. I didn't hear my name called out even though they asked for your name. I eventually had to go up to get it. I'm sure it's a little cooler than I would probably like it but we'll see. The final thing is, which I'm beginning to see not just here, A sign begging we want tips and we appreciate it. As for the Sandwich, they use the pre-sliced meat like that you would buy in a kit. . Cut thin and uniform and crisp on the ends. Think of bacon with a identity issue. Bread? it may think its Pita more like pity and last, The dressing was tasty and liberal would have licked it off the bread. Bottom Line, do not come here for the cold gyros , but i'm sure you find other food to like. 2.5 out of 5
