We've used Aim for the past few years and have always been very satisfied. They're very easy to communicate with via text or call and they handle everything from ants, spiders, and mosquitos to things that can actually destroy property like voles, rats, and other larger pests. If I have an outbreak in between services they're always quick to stop by to treat the problem. Wanted to make some corrections in your response to my review. Quote from AIM: we call every customer prior to coming out to perform our services. Response: if I understand you correctly, there is a "required' dress code for services from AIM, which BTW, I do remember signing anything requiring me or my sister to be dressed? I was under the wrong impression that people would respect others privacy as to not worry about someone opening curtains in my own home. How did you know I was not home? Oh, musta been your ESP. Did your look into our home confirm I was not home? I was in fact home in my bedroom within ear shot of the living room. The front door is at ground level, but the back of the house is on pier posts, and I could easily walk under most of the house. You have a deck that goes about halfway across the back of the house. Response: you totally misrepresented my property. The house is built on pier posts, but the back half of property is relatively flat and I do not remember you slipping when treating the back of the house on your first visit. Response: so are saying the bugs in the untreated areas will "know" not travel anywhere else on my house? Gotta say, them is smart bugs. Response: Are you talking about cracks and crevasses in the sliding glass door framing? Since you are coming on regular basis, could that small area be treated on the next visit? I looked to the left and right of the inside of the slider to make sure the dog was not right there. (my head never passed over the threshold) I saw movement and said, " Oh, hi ma'am, I am just doing the pest control." Response: a couple seconds might not have been enough time for some people to orient where the loud "Hello" was coming from. Hummm, you only moved the bottom of the curtain, yet you were able to identify my sister aka "ma'am" was sitting on the couch which, was over 20' away, you would not have known unless you looked into our home. If your focus was on the cracks and crevasses below the sliding glass door there would have no been reason to look beyond that area. The only words my sister heard, from the couch, was "oh, hi ma'am" so I'm not sure the "I am just doing the pest control" came from other than your imagination. In addition: Just a treatment observation other than the 30' high section a the back of house. Are steps off the back deck are attached to the house, since you did not look carefully you would have noticed several areas with webs on the outer edge of steps, within visual view if you're standing on the steps. I do have pictures from the side of steps and from standing on steps where you would have seen them... sheesh, and I'm not a pest control man yet I noticed the webs. Ryan literally saved my sanity and sleep. I had been experiencing bug bites for the last 5 months and no one has been able to help me pinpoint the issue. I called Ryan to set an appointment for his K9 to do a bed bug inspection since that was the only thing I could imagine might be biting me. At this point I was desperate and willing to do anything to stop the bites. Ryan and I's availability didn't match so we started chatting about what the bites looked like, location, of bites, and how often I was getting them. He assured me over the phone that I did not have bed bugs and that it sounded like rat mites (which sort of made sense because we have recently started hearing new rat activity under our house). He also recommended that I start wearing this Avon product to stop the bites. I immediately called my rat guy, he closed up any entry holes, and we have since caught a few rats under our house. Since I started wearing "Skin So Soft" by Avon my bites have completely stopped! Ryan is such a life saver and I highly recommend him and his business. Clearly he cares more about his customers than making a couple hundred bucks doing an unnecessary bed bug inspection. I highly recommend giving Ryan a call for all your pest needs! I have recently changed pest control companies. A friend of mine would help me with all my pest questions and offer suggestions, as he was in that line of work. He has an abundance of knowledge in that area. When I heard he started his own business, I changed companies. He's responsible, prompt and professional. Ryan came out to check to see if I had a rodent(s) in the attic on the same day I called. A house inspector checking the HVAC had found some old droppings and recommended a Pest Control Inspection. Ryan saw no evidence of a current issue but did find a "mummified mouse" in a very old trap. Rather than charge me $300 to put out a camera, fresh traps and come back to check them... He directed me how to put out some edibles that would attract rodents, if there. I did (nothing came and ate the food). His charge--NOTHING! And he even threw away the dead mouse. That is an honest person that easily could have lied and made a buck instead. HIGHLY recommend Ryan/AIM Pest Control. read more

I've been getting a few bug bites lately and have been concerned (freaking out) about bed bugs. I found Aim online and called about the inspections using dogs. Ryan called me back super promptly (on a Sunday even) and let me send him some pictures of what I had found in the bed, and gave me reassurance that it doesn't look like bed bugs as of now, and even offered to send me some pictures of bed bug eggs and bugs so that I know what to look out for. He was extremely kind and helpful, and you can tell he's a stand up kind of guy. He could have very easily told me I needed an inspection, and it meant a lot that he gave me an honest answer instead of taking advantage of my panic (36 weeks pregnant, thinking you have bed bugs is a whole different level of panic and desperation). I still may get the dog inspection just for peace of mind, but for now I'm glad I was able to get some advice.
