It was super easy and everything was really simple and user friendly which was a great initial experience. I've always had a difficult time getting the right pest control coming out. The prices can be very off putting especially when everyone has a different intake on what should be done. Quite frankly when you've had different services through the years, you should know what's best after awhile. I've been told on several occasions that bombing my home wouldn't be best, but my intuition said to do it this time around. I've had German roaches every year for the past five years starting around October to about late December. Mostly due to my neighbors... I have had traps, sprays, bait etc Bombing the house was by far the best decision. It's been a few days and I haven't seen not one of those yucky things! They offer a 7 day follow up! I found Pest Control Solutions on Yelp. After reading their reviews, I gave them a call. They reviewed their different services with me and I opted for the bimonthly service. They were able to squeeze my service in for that weekend. Junior came to my home on time. He did the exterior and set out some traps in my garage. He also did the interior at my request. To my surprise, Junior found a tarantula on my porch. He caught it and put it in a box to take back to his office and show to his boss. On his next visit, he told me they released it back into the wild. Pest Control Solutions is a good value and provides excellent service. They're always able to schedule service within a few days request and every employee I've either spoken to over the phone or technician that has come to spray has been pleasant and provided top notch customer service. We had a serious ant problem during the hot summer. Got a quote from multiple vendors through Yelp (great feature btw). We selected Pest Control Solutions and are happy with their service. They were responsive, prompt, professional, and effective. After the initial spray by Tony, 90% were gone. (He could not spray the counters). After 2 weeks, 10% was still roaming particularly on the counters. So I scheduled another spray and this time it worked 100%. Tony used an industrial can spray this time for the counters. Highly recommend! Christina working in customer service is amazing; she answers messages within minutes and is extremely customer oriented. We had to reschedule our appointment one day prior and she was super understanding and rescheduled us for the following week, without any issues. Cyrus came out to remove the bees and bees hive in the backyard. Unfortunately we weren't able to be at the house during the treatment but Cyrus kept us updated via text messages. He even went out of his way to recommend additional steps to prevent further pest activity. They do have a 2 hour window; which I think is fair since they never know how long a treatment of any pest issue takes plus since it was outside and easy accessible, we didn't even had to be there. I checked into an Airbnb for a month's stay; while waiting for my place to be ready. The place looked better in the pics......it turned out that their kitchen had roaches that were so comfortable, that they came out in the daytime and didn't run when I approached the 5 that I saw in the sink!!!! I was stuck in this place because it would take weeks for my refund and nothing was immediately available on Airbnb for me to move into. So I got permission to pay for the extermination myself!!! I inquired on Sunday morning and they sent a tech out by the next day, they answered all my questions (I asked a lot since it was my 1st time ever doing pest control) and it was quick but they did a thorough job. Pricing is fair and so far so good we didn't have too much of a pest problem but wanted to prevent more roaches/water bugs/other pests from showing up. Just had these guys come and fix our pigeons issue. Chance cleaned and installed the spikes and took pictures of all the areas that we couldnt see (on the roof). He was very informative, helpful and very nice! I got a quote from them maybe a few months back but had to hold off due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very accommodating and understanding. After our initial visit, I noticed a scorpion stuck in the glue trap, so I called for an extra service at no charge. The company automatically texts a heads up that our service is coming up, and our service guy Gerald always texts when he is on his way. Gerald is professional and friendly, and he's great with my loud barking dogs. I reached out via Yelp and almost immediately got a response from Christina. I called and was then connected with Steve Vach. I explained to Steve exactly what was going on (a fly problem with my dogs and the turf in our backyard). He took the time to explain why this is happening, what I'm doing wrong, and real solutions on how to fix the problem rather than doing a temporary fix. He gave me some suggestions for products on Amazon to hopefully take care of the problem on my own. All the other companies I talked to offered to do a treatment but didn't help me understand the root of the problem. If I hadn't talked with Steve, I probably would have spent 100s of dollars to not even fix the issue. If I have any other pest issues, I will be sure to come back here. They picked up our call fast and were not pushy about their services. Other places I called tried very hard to push their monthly plans, but Pest Control Solutions did not do that. They also quoted me prices all up front without me having to give out personal information - which I did have to do with other companies I called. The exterminator came the next day after calling, and he was very professional. He gave us a reminder call when he was on his way.
