Steven (Owner) and Chase (Admin) are beyond rude and totally unprofessional with their level of service. I was provided mixed information in terms of pricing and took off work to ensure the service I paid and asked for was provided to treat pests in my home. When speaking to Chase she stated "I don't want to talk to you and hung up in my face." After her disrespect I spoke with the unprofessional owner Steven and he tried to justify her actions saying "She's human just like you and we don't work for you." In return I told him I will be proceeding with higher action per phone call. The only person who was not rude and unprofessional was Cyrus (the pest control inspector). If anyone wants better pest maintenance I strongly suggest you don't come here. They just want your money and don't care about your business. If I were you I would stay away from this place. Requested a quote from several pest control companies on yelp to do reoccurring sprays as we get a lot of crickets that find there way inside over the warmer months. I received a response and call in about 10 minutes, spoke with Steve (really nice and professional) over the phone that explained there services and costs. They were the first to reach out and loved how thorough the explanations were about the services they provided, was sold immediately due this. Fast forward a few days, had an appointment for Friday at 8a-9a. Sal was the guy that came out and did the spray, Walked the property with me showing some places that these critters are likely coming in from and explained what I can do to help prevent it (some doors had bad weather strips). He was extremely thorough spraying outside, getting in all the cracks and even places I would not think to spray myself. Inside he was considerate on places I did not want sprayed (bedrooms due to the kiddo's). A+++ on service, and sparked some good conversations around comics/movies. Really chill experience! I also love while they come out every 2 months for spraying. If I wanted a spray in-between or touch up I guess you would call it. They would come out for no charge. Really puts my mind at ease! After checking here on Yelp I sent a message requesting a quote. Within minutes I had a detailed response including a link to see what the next avail appointment would be. I could have booked it online but I chose to call. I was told Sal would be the tech. Appointment was for 9-11am and Sal arrived at 10am after calling 10 minutes before. I have been using Pest Control Solutions since April 2017 and have liked them. We used to use Alterra until they got bought out by Terminex who then tried to offer us some ridiculous monthly charge. Pest Control Solutions with fast, reliable, and cheap. And they come every other month on time and do a good job when they're here. The only problem I have is that the person that does our spray does everybody in this area in the morning and sometimes I wish he would come in the evening. read more

I came across pest control solutions they were very professional very great with getting everything scheduled for me Christina answered a lot of my questions for me and gave me the comfort to move forward with hiring now. Steve explain the whole process to me of how the inspection would work but he was looking for and asked me if I had any questions or concerns he asked me about the history of my home that I have any leaks or anything else and irrigation problems and went through and did a thorough inspection very professional very personable they did a great job.
