We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. Hi Team, Andrew has decided not to reinstate his PC services, citing that Brian did not disclose there would be a reinstatement fee of $141 at the time of their conversation. He feels it was unprofessional that all requirements to resume service were not fully communicated upfront. Andrew has paid the outstanding balance of $47.00, but remains adamant that the reinstatement fee was never discussed. We recently discovered that we had termites in the fascia board of our house. After submitting a…read morequote on Yelp for termite extermination, this was one of the companies that responded. They offer the traditional tenting which requires you to prep your home and leave for a couple of days or a treatment called DLT (Drywood Liquid Treatment) which is considered safe and does not require any prep or evacuation. We chose DLT which they agreed since there was no evidence that termites had penetrated into our house. There was a slight odor which quickly disappeared. No mess, no clean up, it was great! Since we had termites in the fascia board, they told us to have those boards replaced and to let them know when they've been replaced because they would come out to re-treat those areas. They were true to their word and came back out weeks later to re-treat. They were very professional to deal with.
