I have used these guys for years and they are very reputable. They do an awesome job. I have used them for both termite inspection and for ant abatement. I just called today, Sept 11, 2024 because we returned from a trip overseas and had ants in our kitchen. The woman looked us up on the computer and said you haven't used them since 2022. I haven't had ants. I don't know what they use but their ant treatment has lasted for nearly 2 years. I have used other companies and I was always calling them back within 2=3 months. Dave (not his manager) refused to give his name(had to get from management ) threw a bunch of dead bees from the roof all over where people walk and pets. Starts yelling at you especially women. I had an infestation of ants for 6 weeks in my kitchen and I was literally going crazy killing ants all hours of the day and night. I called my property management company for the name of the pest control company that services my community. I was given the phone number for Pestgon. Within 1 hour Jaimon with Pestgon was at my front door ready and armed to rid my home of ants. It took one more visit the following week to get the rest of the ants we missed the first time. I'm happy to report the ants are finally gone. I highly recommend Pestgon if you need an exterminator in San Diego. read more

One of the better companies I have ever worked with and always Appreciate the level of customer service and quality they provide. I have been using them at work with the commercial properties since 2014 and recently hired them for my home. Glen and Paula are so great! They are always on top of it and definitely make it easy for me. Glen always, always, always responds and acts with urgency on initial and return calls. Bob, who is servicing my home, is such a delight. He's only serviced my house once so far but he definitely took the time to go over it all prior to arriving and during the first service. Love these people. After having another pest control company for several years and finding they were not doing what they were charging us for, we got rid of them. Then we made an appointment with a large pest control company and two months later, we're still waiting for him to arrive. Terminix yelp to come. I drove past a Pestgon truck close to my house. I called and found they were a local company and had someone at our door the next day. Would have been the same day but I wasn't available. The best part, I didn't even tell them about my past experiences with the other two companies. This is obviously how they usually conduct their business. Frank arrived the next day at the appointed time and after a short discussion, he went about his business. Great job, great people and almost $30 less a month than we were paying! Our dogs had fleas and we were having the worse time trying to get rid of them since our property management refused to do treatment in the bushes around our apartment at Island Club Apartments in Oceanside. Well when we moved we didn't want to bring any fleas with us. Pestgon did a 1 time service for us by spraying our furniture in our garage of our new place. (And of course we gave our dogs flea treatments) the tech. Came right on time, the service was quick and when I called their office with questions the gal on the phone was very helpful! I've heard it said that you can tell a lot about a company by how they treat their employees and the cleanliness and organization of the office. While I don't have Pestgon service my house (only because I live far out of their service area in North Los Angeles County), I had the chance yesterday to spend the day with the company at a social gathering. I then stopped at their office on my way home. I can say in with a certainty that this is an upstanding group of people, from the owner down to the newest service technician. This crew is honest, well mannered, friendly and great bunch to hang out with. The office is impeccably clean and neat, even the storage areas that are not open to the scrutiny of the public look orderly and shipshape. If all businesses and people conducted their vocation as Pestgon does, the world would be a better place. I have been with Pestgon for about 2 years and they have never missed a beat. This morning I saw a small mouse, clinging to life on the hose for my pool cleaner. When I checked again, he was gone and my dogs keep sniffing the in ground area at the site of the debri basket which is used to collect leaves, branches etc. I assumed that the little guy drowned. Wanting to avoid the sight of a dead little mouse, I did not have the courage to look myself. I called Pestgon and 2 hours later Johnny came out! Ironically, the little mouse was still alive!
