This company came through for us! We had an ant problem and wanted something non-toxic to solve the problem. Rob was wonderful with explaining the options and answering questions, and we went with the essential oils treatment. It's more pricey, but it's guaranteed for a year. Wow, worked wonderfully! Some of the bees were coming down from the attic and were buzzing around in a bedroom and hallway. After getting a quote from another company, I did a quick Google search and found Bugs Bee Dead just to get another opinion (considering the other company told me that their services were most likely going to be north of $1,300). Then, he stayed in touch the morning of the work to confirm the exact arrival time for his colleagues - Justin & Landon. The two guys went at the project like real pros, totally removing the bees and taking to steps to prevent their return. Both provided complete information on what they'd done and what to expect. We had contacted two other businesses, both of which came out to estimate the project in person. I called Bugs Bee Dead after seeing some really disturbing bugs in my house. The owner was so kind over the phone and sounded so honest. They don't lock you into a contract and gave a fair quote. They arrived on time today and sprayed the entire house inside and outside. They use all natural essential oils so I felt safe using it around my pets and kids. Can't recommend Rob and his crew enough! My wife sent him a picture of a swarm of bees that had taken over a branch of one of our trees. Rob recommended waiting a few days because he thought that, from the picture, it looked liked they were just moving on and following the Queen. Rob and Landon were a class act. I found a colony of bees near our roof top. Called the company and got a very reasonable price quote from Rob. Rob sent Landon to our rescue in just two hours.
