They insisted I bring her early so she would be ready if they got ahead of schedule. I explained i was leaving on a trip at 3:00 so had to pick her up then. I figured no big deal she can play until she gets groomed. I called at 1:30 and they had not even started her and said they would then, I explained again I had a flight to catch so needed to pick her up by 3:00. I called again at 2:30 and they were bathing her and that was all they had time to do. Well that was an expensive bath she didn't need. When I picked her up she was totally tramatized. I questioned the lady and she indicated they had put her in a kennel. She hates kennels. I had explained early to Leslie that Lily doesn't do kennels and she always let her play with the other dogs. Well these girls decided since I didn't pay extra for day care she had to wait the entire day in a kennel to get a bath we didn't want, excuse me you were the one ones that REQUIRED she get there early for you convenience not mine. I don't think the dog would walk back in there again she was so upset. We will never go back to Happy Snoutz again!

We are also so thankful for the extra assistance provided by Claire when we were away for a longer period of time, during which our realtor was doing viewings of the property and bringing in potential tenants. She helped to keep the house clean, tidy and free of cat hair / tracked litter all over the floor, she would also brush the cats daily and brought some toys round to play with them as theirs were all packed up in anticipation of our move. I have been taking my dog, a very sweet & calm cocker spaniel, to your facility for over 4 years…read morenow. I recently left him there for 5 nights while I was out of town, August 13 - 18, 2025. I picked him up and my dog is exhibiting fear based behaviors that include flinching, cowering and whining. I don't know what happened to him while under your care, I called to talk to someone on your staff, it was a male, hispanic. He didn't offer his title. He said he spoke to the staff but nothing out of the ordinary occurred that anyone could recall. I just now bent down to put on his leash and he flinched when I got near him. It breaks my heart that he's now acting this way. He is 11 years old and has never behaved this way. I just took him to the vet to get him examined and try to find out why he is acting this way. This dog never whines or is vocal. Please supervise your employees closely and make sure they are treating all of our animals with proper care. I don't have any proof that anything happened to my dog aside from his behavior after leaving the facility. I'm just stating my experience with my dog and your facility.
