My Pomeranian was groomed today by Pet Grooming, who I have used a little over two years. Today, a new person arrived at my door and I really don't like change in groomers, but she made me think she was going to cut my dog's hair and I showed her a picture, plus I texted the owner. Well, when I went back out to the van to check on my dog, I noticed a groomer who cut my dog's hair previously was in the front seat. I asked was he training her and then they couldn't understand English! They got the owner on the phone and I asked the same question for the 4th time, and she stated that the previous groomer was going to cut my dog's hair. I believe I cought them in a lie, but once the groomer was finished, I went back to the van and the groomer asked me how the cut looked. From my vantage point, the cut looked fine, plus my dog was sitting down! When I got him in the house I noticed the left side was longer than the right and the cut looked CHOPPY on the top in the middle and on the sides! It looked like a beginner cut his hair. This was the third time I've had an issue with grooming, which can happen, but it's the first time the owner refused to correct the issue! Which is a big mistake in my book! The owner tells me since the groomer asked me about the cut before he left, he doesn't want to come back and that she couldn't make him! He's your employee and most importantly you have a dissatisfied customer! I am dumbfounded how all of a sudden there is a new person and my dog's haircut looks like Ray Charles did it! I will contact the Better Business Bureau, and place this information on ALL social media platforms! To the owner...I want a full refund so I can get my dog's hair properly cut! read more

Pet grooming at home did a wonderful job with my baby boy snoopy, he's a year old German Shepard who loves going to the groomers. Definitely recommend Pet Grooming at Home to anyone who who's looking for there dog to be groomed. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. Patricia the owner has been by my side with a puppy I bought and brought down from Missouri. First she was so upside down she broke her middle toe after I set up an appt with Patricia's company. I had to cancel and told Patricia what had happened. She sent her prayers and continued to keep in touch with me asking how Sasha was doing...she kept this up for a month while Sasha's toe healed as a puppy. Sasha turned 5 months old Tuesday. I started training Sasha to sit, combed her hair daily as she is a Standard Goldendoodles puppy. Patricia staying with me and dealing with my cancellations, changing appts due to appts with the Vet and Sasha's healing process. Today JC was here to groom her. He came inside to introduce himself, see Sasha, and he was impressed that I had taught her to sit, down. Sasha gave him the biggest hug as Goldendoodles love people. He lifted her up like a baby and took her outside to the mobile unit...me, it was like my sons first shots when they where babies, needles and pins. JC came back with Sasha, Sasha loving on him, kissing him, and she was absolutely gorgeous. When JC left, she ate her lunch, laid around, then fell asleep....you could tell she had a horrible time and was so distraught, lol....if all my days with Sasha where this easy, I would have a dozen. She has surgery next week....yes Surgery. Patricia and JC are there for me when she is well enough for her next Grooming Appt.. Tell me where you can get this type of service from anyone anymore, you can't for your pets especially. I went out of my neighborhood, city to hire Patricia and her company because she was not only the kindest groomer but one of the most reasonable groomers around. I only wish everyone could have the experience I did today with a Standard Goldendoodles. 10 stars? You bet! I used them several times and had no major complaints. My dog loved their groomer. Recently they reached out to me to see if I wanted to book again. We texted well into the evening and made an appointment. They were prompt and after the service I tipped them and continued on my conference call. A couple hours later I noticed that a couple nails were still long on my Mastiff so I called to inquire if the groomer may have missed a nail or two but I received a defensive text (instead of a call) and it appears they may have misunderstood my voicemail. I placed calls, left messages, and sent many texts but didn't hear back from them. I wasn't looking for a discount, money back, or even wishing to complain, I just wanted to bring this to their attention and wanted a call back after they spoke to the groomer. If you can call me and initiate communication prior to getting my money, the professional expectation is that you extend that same communication AFTER you've been paid. You're not worthy of my money again or my respect. read more

Even to the point that we were told "her hair is just is such bad shape we need to shave her down to skin". What?! YOU'VE been the one grooming her! I had used Woof Gang for my Pom before he passed away so back to the professionals to work their magic. First was a consult to assess the condition of the pup's fur. You know what? It wasn't as bad as we were told at all! Thanks to review by a professional groomer that's been in the biz for over a decade our fears were calmed. A cut appointment was made and voila, this lil pup is now happy and looks healthy and beautiful after her grooming. They're the only ones that are grooming this pup. Ever!

The process would take 3 hours and I'd split it into multiple days because neither him nor I could do a full 3 hour session at once. I said all that to say that I wish I would've gone to Betty sooner! I got my dog Beast in 2022 and for some reason it was really hard to find a groomer--no one was taking on new clients. I scheduled my appointment online with Wholesome Doodle, answered a few questions and uploaded a few pics of what I wanted Beast's cut to look like. I was able to get aN appointment fairly quickly. Upon meeting Betty, she felt around for mats and helped me come up with a mat that would be best for Beast. Unfortunately, we had to shave him down pretty low during his first grooming appointment, but that was no one's fault but my own. Things got In the way and I didn't brush him as regularly as I should've and many mats formed. Following the appointment she provided us with a folder with care and maintenance tips for his coat. Betty is highly experienced and will explain everything going into the appointment. She does great with Beast and I recommend her to everyone!

It makes sense, but we really missed our dog and wanted to see him. The other thing was that we paid for a bath before we picked them up. I'm not sure if they did a poor job of a bath, or if they bathed him at all, because he had a powerful kennel smell, but then again, he could have picked that up after he got bathed. Overall, very happy, I recommend it especially for short stays.

Dr Sam Seramur was his doctor and was very comforting and gave us plenty of time to be with him before and after the procedure. Brady never turned down food so when they brought in chicken, he gobbled it down and although it immediately came back up, he enjoyed that last meal. The tech who gently removed his body wrapped in blankets was so kind and it meant a lot when he said that he could tell we were good dog parents. When I mentioned that my dog was cold while we were in the waiting room, a technician brought him a blanket. The vet was kind when he came to talk to me about my dog and then later his test results. The medication the vet prescribed had my dog eating later that same day, and back to his regular self in a couple days. I am very grateful to the care the staff provided Rocky and me.
