First and foremost I want to express how upset I'm with my visit here. I really hope the Doctor cares, because the manager on duty made it very clear from inside the room that she was very busy and that they could give me her email. "Ashley Technician" came out to give me my pet and the email. Upon arrival I got there at 8:00am parked, and knocked at 8:06am and then again at 8:15am; As I was walking to the other door I was encountered by a girl who said if "I didn't know how to read the sign, and that they opened at 8:30am" she also said: I don't have any staff rite now!!!! And so I proceeded to tell her that I had an appointment at 8:15am and that's the time I was told to be there. She says " will give me a few mins and shuts the door" I was in seriouse disbelief, thankfully the girl who came out for Raya was very nice and said the Manager would be there by noon and I clearly told the young lady I didn't want the other girl near my pet. I came back by 12:32 and asked to speak to the manager in which by then "Ashley Techinician" proceeded to give me the email and the instructions for the care of my pet. Ashley kept calling my pet a she and I corrected her two times in which she clearly didn't care because she called him a she one last time! I was shooked!!! She also mentions to give them call if theres anything looking bad or infected. If the manager couldn't even come out, what do I really expect from a call if anything were to happen!!! Also, as I look on their website the employee who was very unprofessional to me I believe her name is "Gina." I hope the Doctor has Cameras he can look back too, and Address the situation.!!!

They fixed our pet but prices were extreme. Would recommend only as a last resort, shop around before going here.

Over the weekend, things got much worse, and we rushed him to VCA Animal Hospital. They completed blood work , X-rays, gave him antibiotics, and fluids because he was severely dehydrated and hadn't eaten or drank water for days. That's when we got the shocking news: he had an intestinal blockage. Despite how much weight he had lost in such a short time and how weak he was, we decided to move forward with surgery. During surgery, they discovered the cause--19 hair ties lodged in his intestines. I was completely blindsided. This experience has been traumatic, heartbreaking, anxiety-filled, and incredibly costly. But we are beyond grateful to God, the VCA's incredible staff, for helping us in our hardest moments, to the rescue center that helped with surgery costs, and especially greatful for the VCA charity that went over and beyond because without them and the charitie foundations available, we wouldn't be able to bring our fur baby home.

They also take walk-ins and allow you to wait at home for when they have room. All staff we met were kind and helpful, it was a wonderful experience! We paid ~$140 for a check-up and antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. They also have an app which makes booking appointments extremely easy and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend VCA All Pets Animals Hospital! We are going to change our main vet to here!

Because of that long history, it's disappointing that I now feel the need to switch veterinarians. About a year and a half ago I purchased an at-home fecal test tube from the clinic for around $100. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances I was not able to bring the sample in during that time. When I recently asked if I could still bring in the sample or receive any kind of accommodation, I was told no and that nothing could be done--even though the sample was never submitted or processed. As a full-time student already paying a high amount for school, that $100 is not a small expense for me. I went to this veterinary clinic for years trusting that they would care for both my pet and their long-time clients, not leave me feeling taken advantage of. While I understand that time has passed, it still feels inappropriate to charge such a high amount for a test tube before the clinic has even received or processed the fecal sample, and then offer absolutely no accommodation or flexibility when it was never used. After being a loyal customer for years, the lack of understanding and willingness to work with me was very disappointing. I hope this review helps others be cautious about making larger purchases here and not assume accommodations will be made, even for long-time clients.

I brought my dog Mochi here for a dental cleaning. Mochi's dental cleaning itself went well. Dr…read more Wavrick was kind and I felt Mochi was cared for during the procedure. Unfortunately, the administrative side of our experience and the post-op care we received was very frustrating. We once drove an hour and a half to our scheduled appointment only to be told the doctor wasn't in and the office forgot to contact us to reschedule. After the dental cleaning, Mochi developed bad breath again. I reached out to the clinic and was told the doctor would prescribe antibiotics, but due to delays around the holidays, it took about three weeks for the prescription to be sent. During that time Mochi contracted Giardia and our local vet advised against giving additional antibiotics. Once he recovered, I tried to fill the original prescription, but Wave rejected it, saying it had expired. Even after explaining the situation , including that the delay wasn't in my control and the prescription was never filled, I was told I'd have to pay for another visit to get a new one. While Dr. Wavrick was compassionate during the initial visit, the lack of support and empathy with the prescription, the scheduling errors, prescription delays, and lack of flexibility left me disappointed, especially given how far we travel to come here. I can't say I will recommend Wave if you are looking for quality care for your beloved pets.

Extremely concerned with the standard of care provided by Dr. Ruby Murillo on September 17, 2025…read more My dog Peetie underwent a dental procedure where his pre-anesthetic bloodwork was manually entered into the system hours after the procedure was already finished, meaning his critical flagged abnormalities were completely ignored before going under. During anesthesia, his heart rate plummeted to a dangerously low 68 bpm, yet he was still extubated and sent home with zero post-op pain relief, causing severe post-surgical distress. To make matters worse, my cat Sophie also underwent a dental procedure with Dr. Murillo on this exact same date. She suffered a traumatic cardiac event under anesthesia, and I was not properly informed or referred to a specialist. Dr. Murillo's clinical oversight and handling of medical records raise massive safety questions for anyone trusting this hospital with their pets additionally I have discovered significant discrepancies in the care and records I have 3 active complaints against Banfield with the Veterinary Medical Board.Rge discrepancies are significant. If you live your pet do not trust them with Banfield. Dr. Kate Brown and sone licensed technians are being investigated as well.
