    Freshly washed at Stone's

Staff is friendly. Prices is right. $20. $17 for loyalty members. There is no extra charge for the membership program. You have a tub, warm water, good water pressure and 4 different choices of shampoo. After the wash, there are lots of towels, a blow dryer and brushes to dry and make your pup's fur fluffy again. My only complaint are that when we first get there, the tubs don't look like they were wiped clean from the last dog and that towels are old, grey and thin.

We absolutely love coming to stones pet wash, one of a kind! The staff are always welcoming and and the service is excellent. They have a limited selection of pet wash and towels. I highly recommend bringing your own supplies and calling ahead of time to make that they are open.

Mikayla and Jupiter do a fantastic job with my dog! He doesn't like around his feet trimmed and they are so patient with him!

I take my fur baby here for her bi monthly spa treatment of bath and light trim. She always looks fluffy cute and smells fresh. Makayla does a great job! She also has been there since Jon z( also a great groomer) left. I am a happy camper, and my baby girl always looks great!

Very convenient spot to wash our rough collie. I basically stopped taking her to the groomer because it is not worth it anymore.

Great service and reasonably priced. We are staying in PG for a month and will definitely go back when our dog gets dirty again!

This has never happened before and I was a little worried for Canyon as I thought Ozzie might be difficult.

They are a great resource,…read moreespecially since they are located in the Willow Glen area and close to San Jose, Santa Clara etc but their prices are reasonable and you can buy almost anything for your animals there. I mostly get bedding and food for my chickens and bird seed of which they have a large selection. During the spring, they sell chicks as well and you have to check their website for types and days that you can get them and you have to line up early. I saw harness and leashes for chickens on my last visit! The service tends to be hit or miss but mostly miss. The ladies at the counter don't necessarily want to answer any questions and have several times waved me to a section when I asked for an item so I gave up asking questions. You have to pick and pay for your items and then provide the receipt to one of the helpers outside who will load the items in your vehicle. I have seen people pulling trailer loaded high with bales of hay. I haven't seen them selling eggs but they have chicken towards the back of the yard. If you pay with anything other than cash, even debit card, they will charge either a fixed amount or a flat fee, which tends to be a bit higher than most places. Take cash. Plenty of parking and it's in a quiet neighborhood. One of the last places left that sells affordable animal feed at a reasonable price!

I was so bummed to walk through the store and see the way their parrots/birds are treated. There is a cockatoo with one single toy in its cage. It also has electrical wires all over the cage. There were also 2 Indian Ringneck parakeets in another cage with literally zero toys and they had electrical wires all over their cage as well. Lastly there was a small finch living behind the counter in a cage that is smaller than some shoeboxes. I'm not some extremist animal activist but these conditions are totally cruel and unacceptable for intelligent birds like that. They need enrichment. The cockatoo has plucked all of the feathers it can reach as they do when they are bored and miserable. These birds are not chickens. I asked to speak to the owner as I'd rather talk to people like humans used to do before just leaving a negative review. The lady who claimed to be the owner said tons of people complain that the birds aren't being taken care of properly and she didn't seem to care. She even said the SPCA has been called and they haven't done anything so it must be fine. If you're against cruel treatment of animals...and who isn't? Then I'd avoid giving this business your hard earned money. It's obvious this business has had opportunities to do better for these animals in their care and they just refuse to.
