Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home.

Once the pandemic hit and we both lost our jobs, we kept Alex on to give our dog a little variety and make sure our dog was getting the best exercise possible. We came up with a good social distancing, masking, sanitizing station in our entryway. It's been the highlight of our dog's day throughout these past months and one of the best decisions we could have ever made. I cannot recommend Never Alone Pets enough. Their prices are unbeatable and Charlie and the team care so much about the dogs. He has given us tons of great advice for our pup and she comes home every day so happy! Sometimes I get videos of her and she looks like she is having the time of her life. The best part about Lucky Dog is that they have a great outdoor space, so the dogs get to be outside. Charlie is extremely responsive via text or email and it is easy to pay to your bill. Since we live in the building, we get a discount and they even pick up and drop off our dog every day. I found Katie's on Instagram a couple of years back and have had the best experience. The administrators are very responsive and friendly. They found me a sitter near my apartment and I love that he was in the neighborhood. Once done with water, feedings, and litter box duties he spent plenty of time just loving on them and playing with them. Larry, my sitter up to now, brought them treats and toys out of his own pocket, sent me updates and photos/videos with every evening visit, and always kept me apprised of how they were doing. I'm super sad that we are losing Larry due to me moving to a different borough but I have faith that Katie's will find me a new sitter who is just as caring and reliable.
