Great products and helpful staff. They are my store of choice for my pet care needs.

Best place for top notch dog food that won't leave a negative impact on the puppy pallet. Nice knowledgeable staff.

I actually enjoy going to the store to buy cat food just so that I can see who's working to say hi.

This Petco is by far the worst for grooming. My dog has gone here since he was a tiny pup. Well due…read moreto Dec 2022 snow storms this Petco cancelled my dogs grooming appointment because his groomer Shelby couldn't make it in. Fine. But thanks for canceling a little over an hour beforehand same day. Thanks for also not getting my dog rebooked on next available. Instead he was just skipped and shit out of luck. So fast forward to 3/31/23. I call again to see about getting my dog groomed. Apparently Shelby doesn't want to groom my dog because I was annoyed at how they handled his cancelation in December. The salon manager apparently can't get my dog for WEEKS. Lol really WEEKS?! Just say you don't want to groom my dog then. The amount of horrible customer service is terrible. Reason why I went here was because it's close to home and my dog actually really likes Shelby. But to blow off your loyal customers and say too bad so sad is utterly disrespectful. I hope no one goes here moving forward and maybe this place will get better at customer service, communication, and accountability.

I had a…read morefriend pick up my dog as soon as I got back into town I called them and let them know they did not cut her nails. Made an appointment a few days later to bring in my dog. They're trying to charge me $18 for a nail cut that should've been included with her dog bath I took my dog walked out of the store. There's plenty of other places to take your dog and Petco is already having problems and is going out of business and this certainly doesn't help their situation. Why would you not take two minutes clip the dogs nails that obviously were not clipped and let the customer go home Happy instead you start a big fight

I brought my dog in last Thursday for a routine bath and brush. He was groomed by Joshua A. During…read morethe appointment, I received a call saying my dog was being "difficult" and was very afraid of the dryer. This was surprising to hear, as this is the first time I've ever been told my dog was fearful or difficult at a groomer. When he came home, he was acting a little off, but nothing immediately obvious. Over the next couple of days, I noticed he seemed to be in pain. Today, I took him to the vet and was told he has a tail sprain and back pain. I also learned that his anal glands were not expressed, which is something I typically expect as part of a grooming visit. I don't know exactly what happened while he was being groomed, but something clearly did. I've called the store twice trying to speak with someone and haven't been able to get anyone to answer the phone. I'm leaving this review because I'm genuinely concerned about my dog's experience and well-being, and because the lack of communication or follow-up from the store has been frustrating. I hope management takes this seriously and reaches out, as I'm looking for answers and accountability.

I brought my toy poodle, Hanna, to Pet Station perhaps half a dozen times in 2024-25. I was very…read moresatisfied with their work and I thought the pricing was fair. The groomer was usually a gentleman known as Mr. Wu; he did a nice job. But then an incident occurred that causes me to only give Pet Station two stars. In late 2025, a different groomer at Pet Station cut the inside of my dog's leg. Pet Station acknowledged the problem, and of course didn't charge me for that grooming, but it was a small open wound, easy for the dog to access and ripe for infection. Therefore, that evening I took her to an emergency pet hospital to have it stitched up (Unfortunately, by the time I picked her up after the grooming, it was early evening, and regular vet hours were not available). Pet Station said both before and after the surgery that they were going to pay for the vet visit. However, they have not done so after over two months, and now are ignoring my emails. In fact, I only asked them to pay for the initial vet visit, not the second visit when the stitches were removed. Of course, I also wasted 5 to 6 hours of my time as a result of their mistake. I'm not one of those "I'd give them negative stars if possible" type of people. This is a balanced view. I gave them two stars because they had previously done a good job. But I can't forgive what they've done now. I have two suggestions for Pet Station: (1) Don't overbook. I think you try to book too many pets in, leaving insufficient time for your groomers, and leading to serious mistakes being made. (2) Stick to your promises. The right thing to do would be to reimburse me for the initial vet expense at least. You have not done so, and that stinks. You lose 1 star from 5 for injuring my pet, and you lose 2 more stars for not taking responsibility for your actions.
