Online orders are hit or miss. I generally order online and ship to my house. Lately they have been mucking up my orders and I've decided to go back to chewy. I've had issues of them delivering to the wrong home, running low on product and refunding me, or running low on product then asking if I can wait a day or two for shipment to come in..... Online ordering is hit or miss with this location. Kind of annoying how you can't just contact a company 800# you have to call the store number. Customer service wise they've been very good and easy to work with. I've honestly started buying my cat litter at Fred Meyer because it is more reliable. I'm frankly glad covid shipping disruption is over as it is nice not to have to worry if cat litter will be available or not when I come in. read more

Little spot in the Fred Meyer parking lot that is perfect for me to stop by on the way home. They carry tons of natural & organic dog products which is what I stopped in for. Their prices are comparable to that of Mud Bay's. I come here mostly for the location, because sometimes I don't feel like driving past home to get to Mud Bay when I could just make a pit stop here. read more

Long story short. My dogs eat a special food that's really hard to find locally so I I order it through Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon is running a bit behind with delivering (I assume due to the holidays) so my food order was delayed 1 day. In a panic, I stopped by the Benson Plaza Pet Pros to grab something for my fur babies to eat. I was promptly greeted by an employee named Kenyetta. I asked her if she could recommend a food with few ingredients (trying to avoid dog farts from the change in food ‍) She pointed out a couple options and also gave me some samples so I didn't end up with a bag of food my dogs don't typically eat! Everything is good in this store, the products are high quality, staffs are very nice and helpful. BUT, the shopping cart is toooo SMALL! I usually buy three or four large bags of dog food, those shopping carts are not big enough to take so many dog foods. I hope they can be improved on this problem. read more

We've shopped here twice since moving to the area. The first time, we were greeted by helpful staff people who took the time to show us how to put a harness on our new dog. They also explained the various raw food options -- and we bought one of the recommended brands. When I needed to use a restroom, they showed me where it is and there was no problem. Today, we went there to buy a crate, more food and some other items for our new dog. When I needed to use a restroom, the staff person told me it's for employees only. We left. We won't be shopping here in the future. read more

I went into Pet Pros last night on whim. I had just moved to Renton and had been too busy to buy dog food. Well, I was down to the last little bit and my pooch needed to eat. It's the closest store to my house, so I thought I would give it a try. Heather (I believe that was her name) was SOOOOOO helpful. Luckily they carried the brand of food I wanted, but they only had the flavor I buy in a 30 pound bag. I wanted the 15 pound bag and Heather told me that they would have a shipment in later in the week. I was kind of in a pinch and she was able to suggest other foods that wouldn't send my doggie into shock from switching foods. I really appreciated her help. She was so sweet to my puppy and me! Heather made my trip and Pet Pros is really lucky to have her. I'm a huge fan and I'll be going back! read more

Great selection of high quality food and litter for cats (also food and supplies for all sorts of other pets.) I usually shop at Mud Bay Granary in Seattle but stopped here when I was nearby at IKEA and MBG was closed for New Years day. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I normally try to buy cat food that contains only marine life, so no beef or chicken. There are usually only a handful of options, but Pet Pros had several new brands I haven't seen at MBG of high quality fishy cat food including a brand with several varieties to choose from. read more

I like this place! You always get a person who seems to enjoy working there. Granted, the store is not huge and does not have the selection of dog toys and collars that one may see at Petco. Though, since my main objective here is to buy dog food, the limited selection of other goods does not bother me. I usually get several boxes of canned food and if the store does not have what I want in the quantity I need, they order it and I get a call within a day or to work to come and pick it up. This works out well, since the Fred Myer is in the same complex and I can get all the shopping done in one trip. read more

Love this pet store. The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. The last two times I have visited the store I brought my infant with me. I had to purchase dog food which comes in a 25 lb bag. Both times the staff (different person each time) carried the dog food out to my vehicle for me. I never asked, they just offered. Now that's customer service! read more

in the last year there has been a TON of turnover at this location. the last few times i shopped here the staff had no idea what they were doing and one guy even told me (after working there for several months) that a food i had bought regularly a year prior they "never carried." how the fuck do you know after a few months?! all the good people are gone, and i now shop at the newcastle store. it's a MUCH better store! read more
