They have hand sanitizer available right at the entrance for COVID, along with a statement on the door that they require masks upon entering as well. The left side of the store has plenty of dog food, toys, clothing, and gifts. The right side has everything for cats such as huts (average price of $80), natural toys, leashes, food, raw diet food, treat toppers, and clothing. I'm getting more in depth with the cat side since we only have a cat and were shopping on that side only. The woman, who I assume is the owner, was EXTREMELY nice with helping us find the perfect food for our Bengal. She took her time explaining everything to us in great detail, and never once rushed us. She really made us feel like a valued customer! The amount of information she knew about the different products of food they sell blew.. our.. minds. The information she was giving us ranged from where it came from, what the benefits were, what fit our cat the most, how the brand makes their food.... everything! She knew her stuff, that's for sure! She was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied, and never once tried to pressure us into buying anything. Because of their different needs, we reserved one of the townhouse suites and arranged individual playtime for them. Anna checked us in and patiently reviewed the detailed instructions I provided regarding Sadie's two prescribed eye medications, feeding schedule, and overall care. She immediately gave me confidence that my babies were in good hands. I especially want to recognize Tiffany, the Manager at PetSuites. Her compassion, professionalism, and leadership transformed one of the most stressful moments of my vacation into one where I genuinely felt heard, supported, and valued as a customer. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into an extremely stressful trip, delayed luggage, travel complications, and unexpected financial issues that left me overwhelmed by the time I needed to arrange pickup. When I spoke with Tiffany, she could hear how emotional I was. She listened without judgment, stayed compassionate and professional, and worked with me to solve the problem. She didn't just resolve an issue, she demonstrated what exceptional leadership and customer service look like. Tiffany represented PetSuites with empathy, integrity, and genuine care, and that made all the difference. Anyone can provide good service when everything goes perfectly. True customer service shows up when a customer is worried, emotional, or dealing with the unexpected, and Tiffany showed patience, accountability, and genuine care from start to finish. That says a lot about her character and about how this location is run. I also want to recognize Brandy and the rest of the staff. They were attentive and professional throughout. The Paw Reports showed Sadie and Cooper getting their scheduled playtime, and when we picked them up, they were healthy, happy, and clearly excited to see us, just anxious to get back home with their family. Even though I was over 2,000 miles away, the communication and updates helped reassure me that Sadie and Cooper were receiving the love and attention they deserved. This was our second time boarding with PetSuites, and this stay confirmed why we keep coming back. I take great pride in how my dogs are cared for, and I don't trust them to just anyone. PetSuites gave them a true home away from home. Thank you, Tiffany, for leading such an outstanding team, and thank you to Anna, Brandy, and everyone at PetSuites for treating Sadie and Cooper as if they were your own. Your compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals gave me peace of mind during one of the most stressful vacations I've ever experienced. Her coat is incredibly uneven - it looks like someone just went in with kitchen scissors. But that isn't the most disappointing part. When I went to pick up my lively, energetic puppy, she was cowering. I brought her home and she was limping with one leg. My pup is never going back here - vet's orders!

The employees were all friendly and everyone we saw greeted us and asked if they could help. We grabbed some small farm animal toys for our granddaughter. I am sad to say I will not be returning to Paws on Cherry. I have been taking our Aussie here for…read moreseveral months since we moved to the area. They have always done a nice job. However , since I started here it seems they have a turnover in help and now seem to clearly be understaffed. I was told to drop him off at 8:00 am. He was there for over 6 hours before I was called to pick him up. I was very unhappy and told her this was unacceptable. I had told the owner from the beginning I did not want him kept crated more than needed. If they are taking so many dogs that it takes them this long to get them complete, they clearly should be timing the drop offs so they are not having to crate them over this long of a period. I have never had my dogs in groomers more than 3 1/2-4 hours tops! Her answer was that there were only 2 of them working that day. Clearly they had more than they could handle in a timely manner. I would have preferred to be called and told they were shorthanded and I would have gladly rescheduled. Also I tried numerous times to call when time was ticking by, and they had no one to answer the call. Sorry to say, I feel their business practices have much to be worked out. If time is not a problem for you or your pet, then maybe this is the place for you.
